Worst pizza I've ever had. It was like burnt cardboard with sauce and cheese on it. Reviews say their food is similar to prison food..it wasn't it was more like prisoner of war food. Do yourself the favour and save your money and taste buds and do not eat here (Winchester location).

Pizza is usually decent when initially ordered. Tried other menu items but I'm not going to stray away again because of how the poutine looked, tasted, and was presented. I was expecting curds but it is shredded moza. Still cheese but would be helpful if in the description of the dish it was mentioned.Also ordered fried chicken and didn't expect much. Taste was expected like a frozen food into a deep fryer would be. Everything was hot and ready but it's just the quality that's needing to be upped for dishes other than pizza.

Should have read the reviews.. Yep a really bad Pizza. I think grocery store pizza might be better. Tried it 2 years ago and thought the same then so gave it another chance. Nope even worse. Gotta leave the village now for a decent pizza. Highly encourage people to not waste the money on this place.

Ordered via telephone tonight just after 7pm and was told 45-60 mins for delivery.A hour and a half later, still no food. We called. They said it was out for delivery. At the two hour mark called and told them to never mind. Very frustrating.

This evening, I saw an employee handling the payment machine with her bare hands, then moving on to kneading the dough of the next customer's pizza without washing her hands in between. It almost made me want to return my own pizza. Defintely made me want to gag. I thought that after pointing out to that person what she had done, she would throw away the pizza she was working on, but no, she kept adding condiments and likely sold that pizza to the next customer. I threw my pizza to the garbage as I had lost my appetite after what I had witnessed.

Milano's say they are open... but they do not answer the phone. Unfortunate, they were our favorite for most of 2021 and 2022. Started getting real bad when adding laddie full Grease drops on our pizza.Thought of giving them a second chance and they don't answer the phone... Good luck in the future Milano's Winchester. We wish you all of the best in your future endeavours, but won't expect it.**Gave them one last call.... no answer.**I just want mushroom caps. Why is this so complicated****

Google says they’re open until 10 so I placed and online order at 8:30. Went to pick up and they were closed. I guess we’re not having pizza tonight :(

Always order here. Never been a problem, always enjoyed their food. This week I ordered a poutine and pizza. 43$ to get an old poutine clearly re heated in the microwave, and a non cooked fully pizza. Honestly didn’t even eat it, gave it to the dogs it was that bad. Ruined my morning as it costs a bit to have one bite. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from them for a bit now.

Went to pick up a $12 order. Change was given in change. Counted it in the truck and was ripped off. When I went in to ask why, I was told it was a mistake. So buyer beware. Math can’t math there. They steal where they can.
