Moved in 2016. Really like amenities this building offers. Walking distance to everything. Building is very well maintained and work orders addressed very quickly and professionally. Management team Ruth and Chris work very hard to address all issues. Ruth and Chris have a thankless job. Hats off to both of them. I enjoye living here.

living in the building 10 years ,my family grow we request to upgrade to bigger apartments unit as that is our human rights standard we get ignored and when ever we asked we get it’s not available even we saw a lot of people moving in ..,We called the leasing manager but no response at all to our request,The building safety measures not as good especially in the underground parking it need an assessment as one day someone opened my car and tried to steal and when we asked there is no cameras in the underground parking,and it’s big concerns need to solved

I shifted here in 435 Wilson avenue on 1st Jan 2021. Due to holiday season, there were few initial challenges when I filled in the application, it was during last two weeks of Dec. When I moved in there were few smalls issues in the apartment but those taken care of. Still there are couple of things pending but I am sure they will be taken care of. Things are little delayed due to lockdown situation. My rating is majorly because if the response I get from the property managers Ruth and Chris. They are very nice people and are very prompt in reply to my messages. They helped and sorted my issues quite efficiently. I understand there will always be some issues but if you get right response from the property manager you at least feel your issues are being heard. Fixing things might take some time but important is they being heard and attempt being made to fix them. I wish I will continue long term here in Wilson place and will get same response always from Ruth and Chris. Thanks you both.

I have been living here from past 2.5 years. It was a great experience initially but now no one listen to what tenants are saying (at least that's the case with me). I spotted a couple of bugs in the elevator and recycling area in February or March and notified the female building manager. She said she will get the inspection done. I later spotted a bug in my house and complained again. And now they are increasing no matter how much I clean or spray. I have been complaining since March nothing has been done yet.Also, earlier this year I heard a man being super frustrated about the management being super slow and not listening to him that there are roaches in the building and I was like who is this guy talking about. Woh!! I am in the same situation now. It's just that probably he was living on ground and was hit by them earlier than we did. But Woh it's a MESS!

I have been living here for 10 years and initially it was a very positive experience. However, in recent years (3-5 years), the standards and practices are yet to be desired.Where to start! I guess safety would be a good place to start.Underground parking doors not secure, which means they are broken and left open at least once a week or every other week. As a result, anyone can and has wandered into the underground parking, which results in an increase in vehicle damage and theft.Then to add insult to injury there is a main door from underground parking to the elevators, whereby the door does not close securely or in a recent case the door was forced open and is now unsecured because it is damaged and cannot close properly.Then there are the non-residents who show up sleeping in the halls or stairwells. These encounters, along with the unsecured access points, could be reduced with proper adequate security onsite.It would seem the important elements of security and safety here are not being taken seriously nor has there been any effort to make improvements. This would include unwanted non-residents who simply walk right in through the front door, because others have either let them in or they simply follow behind the person who has rightfully entered either as a resident or a guest.Then there is the ongoing problem with shopping carts throughout the building, in front of units, in elevators and stairwells, up against our vehicles, even though there is a sign that clearly states they are not permitted within the property.What’s more is when a resident saunters past management, while pushing a shopping cart and management pays no mind to the fact that shopping carts are not permitted on the property. But what really is mind boggling is when management uses these same shopping carts to transport paint and toilets. Whatever happened to “lead by example”!There is more and given the nature of what I have addressed, one can imagine the list is much bigger.To conclude, 10 years ago when I moved here the building had a high standard of quality and service. Sadly, in recent years this building has become less desirable with the increasing deficiencies and the lack of service, professionalism and responsibility being provided by management.

I have been living here for the past 4 years and I am shocked at how the service has detoriated. I had work order request for a clogged sink for the past 10 days and the plumber has yet to arrive. I am told everyday he is coming but there is actually no one coming to fix the problem. I am really frustrated.

I lived there for one year. It was the best place I have lived... EVER! I have only one issue... I wish there was still an an apartment available in the building as I would like to return there after being away for a bit.

Very irresponsible and unprofessional. People have been getting in and out of a few apartments when tenants are not there and management is talking no responsibility at all or doing anything to help and solve the issue

Maintenance takes forever. Even you give several reminders. You get told somebody will come or you are on the list, then weeks go by and nothing again. You can see from other reviews I am not the only one. Talking to people from other Drewlo buildings they must be better cared for.Jan.2021.I have to give an update. After communication with the head office repairs have been done immediately. Even the entrance carpet was replaced by vinyl. Looks really good. Some damage in the walls have still to be fixed, was caused when carped was replaced.So I am giving 4 stars now in the hope that things work also better in the future.
