Ambient Floor Heat
Stupid company. I ordered a Taco recirculator pump and received a confirmation email. Then they cancelled my order after a week and the email stated that I cancelled the order which I did not. Called them and they said that the price has increased and that is the reason that they cancelled the order. I checked their website and price was still the same. Go figure. If they cannot honor a price difference of $50 and arbitrarily cancel the order and still do not update the website what can you expect. This is the sole reason that these companies are going out of business and amazon is taking over.

Placed order... then silence. Over a week later without any communication, I have to call to find out what's going on. My home plumbing project is on hold for this part. Wes tells me the part is on back order. So he knows it's on back order but has no intention of forwarding that information to me. I tell him I'd like an email with this info and tracking info so I can plan my plumbing job. I get an email that states, we're sorry but your part is on back order". Well

I placed an order with this Company and got a response immediately.I was updating with tracking information and a follow up call making sure everything I needed was here once they knew it had arrived.I truly recommend Ambient Floor Heat.
