Cheryl Morton is nothing short of incompetent. She returns phone calls days after receiving them. She doesn't work to get the best deal for me as a client. I don't really feel as though there is any benefit to having her as a broker. In the 10 years we've been with her she's never done anything to make us feel as though she's really working for us." Looking forward to finally moving to a new broker who takes the time to take care."

What a garbage company, and an even worse staff.

I have been a client of CRE insurance for over a year now and I was contacted by an insurance Broker, Kayla Byvank who offered to find me a cheaper insurance company as the company I was with was apparently raising my insurance by $400 annually. I was sent two sets of documents, one to cancel my previous insurance and another to setup a new policy with a new company. All in all, Kayla had cancelled my one policy, did not set up the new one due to there being a digital signature, and did not notify me of the cancellation. This caused me to not have ANY insurance policy setup. I spoke to her Team lead, William Caswell who tried to help solve the issue" but rather came back to me with attitude
