Goalie Heaven

I had an excellent experience at Goalie Heaven. I came in looking for a few pieces of used and new goalie gear. They were able to get me into a complete set of gear at very competitive prices, both used and new. I have been using the gear for a few weeks now and have no complaints. They also gave me an old hockey bag for free! Great guys and a great local business. Way easier than trying to source correct fitting stuff from online and, again, very competitive prices and knowledgeable staff too.

I've been going here for almost 20 years now. Not only have Fiore and his family expertly guided so many young athletes through their careers, they have consistently been generous and caring ambassadors for minor sport and valued contributors to our community in general. It's no accident that their customers keep coming back. They are simply the best of the best.

Goalie Heaven had the equipment I needed when every other sports retailer was out of inventory (and priced a bit lower). Staff was friendly and helpful, even offering to put aside what I needed until I could swing by the store in the morning. I was also pleasantly surprised they sold more than just hockey/goalie gear. Will definitely make a visit again.

When I get my stuff repaired here they go the extra mile to ensure my gear lasts, but it isn’t always done how I asked. The customer service is pretty lacklustre at times, but other times it’s spot on. If you’re looking for top of the line equipment look elsewhere. For mid-level, it’s decent. I’d prefer to go elsewhere if I could find somewhere better.

I was so surprised by this store in the best way possible!I needed to buy a full set of used goalie equipment from scratch and I was worried I’d have to pay a premium to get it at a store instead of braving kijiji. Instead I not only walked out with a full set of equipment which fit, but also got the whole set for the same price or cheaper than I saw it online!The staff was incredibly helpful allowing me to try on multiple different size equipment until I found something that suited me well and even threw in a few extras like new skate laces, a water bottle, skate guards for free because of how much I bought.If anyone is looking for used goalie equipment this is definitely the place to start :)

Fiorenzo and his staff are literally magicians when it comes to equipment repair and customization! For well over two decades they have gone the extra mile to ensure that every last specification is clearly communicated to manufacturers on my behalf. Goalie Heaven is the place to shop for goalies who are looking for the ultimate custom experience!

Absolutely the best hockey store with the greatest buying experience! I have a huge Charlie Brown head and finding a goalie mask big enough has always been next to impossible. Fiorenzo was amazing, he found me the perfect mask for me and made all these adjustments to make it very comfortable. When asked about cages, he tried a bunch on till I was satisfied. This is the personal touch that you can't get in the big stores. Those stores have what they have and that's it. Goalie Heaven makes you truly feel like you are in important customer! Extremely helpful bunch of guys! Fantastic store!

A few months ago, I visited the store and had a very positive experience. So I went twice, once to renew my goalie set and another time to adjust my skates. The guys at the store, Travis, Daniel, and Fiorenzo (the owner), know pretty well all the equipment and how to choose the best option for you and your needs. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were readily available, patient and went above and beyond to ensure I found the best equipment.After Fiorenzo made the adjustments in my skates, it felt like brand new.This review might seem obvious for those who already know the store, but for those looking for a good store with welcoming staff, this will be your next favorite place to shop.
