Tom&Sawyer Fresh Prepared Pet Meals

Best decision I made for my pup! He is an extremely picky eater and meal times were becoming a chore. Switched to Tom&Sawyer and he licks the bowl clean! Love that I'm feeding him real food.

Six months ago, my 13-year old cockapoo Milo was overweight, showed low energy levels and his liver enzyme readings were too high - prompting concerns from my vet about his health. I consulted with Tom & Sawyer's animal nutrition specialist Hannah, and she designed a meal plan for him using their fresh cooked pet meals. We implemented the plan, and it has worked beautifully!His blood work has just come back - his liver enzymes have come down and are now considered stable. I and others have noted an increase in his energy levels outdoors, and he weighed in at 28.6 lbs, which is lean for his size. Easily the lowest weight he has been in years.Thanks to his Tom&Sawyer meal plan, he is a happy, healthy old boy - and can’t wait for tomorrow’s shipment of fresh cooked meals to arrive! And I am a very grateful dog-parent!

We are so incredibly pleased we made the switch to Tom and Sawyer! Not only is the food so much better for our puppy Fox, but the staff are really really knowledgeable and willing to help. They entertained all my questions with grace and smile, and treat my pup Fox really well. They also prepare all their food right before your eyes for complete transparency! We'll be back weekly for our meal pick ups (but they also offer delivery! )

SO grateful to have found T & S! After feeding raw for two years to my little tri pack of chihuahuas and experiencing health concerns with them since, I decided to switch, our holistic vet suggested T & S. It is definitely pricey (one 454 gram pack feeds two of my dogs for one day), but from what I have seen thus far, it is excellent quality, and you get what you pay for! I'm not a fan of the packaging, stores great given that it's flat, but would love for one pack to do 3-4 days, but totally understand that everyone feeds different sized dogs (mine are little). I defrost and put into a different container. Website needs work, I added two of my three dogs (can only have two), and can only see half of one (the words are cut off). Website also difficult to navigate. That aside, I think this is a great food and thus far my little pack seems to love it! Saves me having to homecook for them (which I was about to do!) Thank you Tom & Sawyer! Still giving 5 stars even tho' there are things I would change personally for myself - it's about the food, and it's fantastic!

Grind down the food more! Finding a quarter of an intact green bean, carrot shreds that are big, large chops of kale and large chunks of meat are a choking hazard AND undigestible food is a waste of my money. My dog throwing up undigested carrot and kale IS NOT OK. My other dog choking on the quarter inch chicken pieces IS NOT OK. You’ve been asked to do this countless times. Not sure why a finer shredder can not be bought. I get the look of a chunky vegetable is appealing and more marketable than a finer pastier food but I’m not going to allow my dog to vomit undigested food every morning because of esthethics.

Always drove by this place, and finally made it in, and we instantly fell in love!!! Like the other reviews said, this place is SO CLEAN, and our dog is just obsessed with the food here, and they let her try out different treats too! Staff is SUPER friendly, and the coffee for humans was delicious as well!! Will definitely come back :) they also have many events going on, so happy we stopped by!

Lucy is 10 and thriving and I am so grateful to Tom & Sawyer. Fur babies are our BABIES (and I have a baby too!). We googled pet food delivery years ago when Lucy started becoming fussy with food and knowing that all the nutrition she needs is in the meals and the research has been done by the owners is fantastic.Lucy has been through 2 ACL's and a bout of pancreatitis and she is back to running in the park and you can just tell when your pup is happy.The latest Pawliday Turkey Gobbler is what Lucy is LOVING for Christmas in 2020!- Neha

My dog loves this place. Wish they allowed smaller packs to order for pick up. Then I would give them extra stars.*update* while most people can go to the store, some of us that have a very complex diet for our service dogs and prefer to order food to home or penguin pick up location can’t order smaller orders from the website. Being the fact that I order Smack, New Zealand Natural pet foods WOOF and other high quality pet foods I am very limited for online order quantities. The quality is five star although I am not able to go to the physical store very often if at all. Thanks.
