I love that you have many little carts available (I detest the ginormous impossible to navigate barges everywhere else). However I hit my knees on the stupid little basket on the back with the cup holder every time. Tonight your evening entrance gate did not open correctly, blocking my cart and I need to ice my knee now. Can someone rethink this? Who uses the stipid cup holder anyway??? These carts were better before the improvement" ."

The prices are much higher. There is an adequate amount of staff, except at the customer service counter, where the poor cashier, who also handles Cash number 1, has to serve customers in both places. I had to wait almost 15 minutes in order to buy lottery tickets! She apologized profusely. I sympathized, knowing that it wasn't her fault. However, this is unacceptable.No changes made regarding the Customer service counter, the poor cashier still needs to handle her own cash as well.

If you need a late night store for last minute purchases this IGA like many others are open. Specials on signature items and fresh food at a moderately higher prices. IGA may not be your first choice but it has speciality items the walmart and super c dont carry.Catering online is available with reasonable prices, fresh and ready for pick up at the time you need.Came on a thursday 10 minutes before closing they wouldnt let me in had to rush to PA who wetre open as advertised. Be aware you need to come at least 15 minutes before closing or you risk not being let in.

It’s a great location with lots of dedicated parking. Store is clean and has items that I’m unable to find at other grocery stores. Opening hours are also great and offer flexibility for families.

I love the cleanliness of the place, the varieties and the exclusive products they have at IGA. However, some items are ridiculously more expensive than other competitors!

Great selection, always clean and organized (from the parking lot to the back store). Only complaint constructive feedback would be the lines to the cash are rather lengthy especially during peak hours.

just a depanneur compared to other chains … and it gets worse all the time. High prices to start with. But it’s St Dorothee… product selection is less that every grocer around. I rarely leave with everything I came in to get. And there is less variety in the product range. Always new interesting products elsewhere.And then there is the freshness. Produce can be spotty. But even dry goods ! I have to look at the best before date for every can or jar I pick up.So sad.

We are fortunate to have this wonderful grocer survive the pandemic. The food is always fresh. Ready to eat meals are tasty. Friendly service as the cash register especially with Tina.
