1- A great experience, Dr. Amin and the team are so friendly and helpful and always smiling, so they let you feel comfortable.2- Dr. Amin is a kind person, friendly, give the needed time to his patient to talk and ask, so supportive and informative. Always smiling and caring. And as a physician, as per our first visit and impression, he ssems an excellent doctor.3- when he took my husband as a new patient, and after the first visit, i was happy, relieved, comfortable and assured and i felt that we are in good hands.

I’ve had Dr. Kharal be my doctor for going on 10 years now. She has always made me feel important and listened to. She’s always valued my time and stressed the importance of taking care of myself in a positive way. She’s created a safe environment where I feel open to talk about and seek help for anything.The lovely ladies at reception have always been pleasant to deal with on the phone; but especially in person.I always hear friends complaints of their offices (and especially receptionist) but honestly, that just hasn’t been my experience.I’m sure that day in, day out, these ladies endure so much stress and negativity. I’m so glad they can persevere through all of that to make their patients feel important and heard.Thank you! What you do is so important! You are appreciated ☺️

My Dr is great and so are the staff and admin. I had a lot of infections/problems/complications from surgery and have had to call in multiple times since for help. They have always been pleasant and kind. I'm so thankful for all their help.

Horrible receptionist. Every time I call to make one of my kids an appointment the main receptionist is very ignorant to me, and always has to pop in a sassy remark or comment. It is very unprofessional and very uncalled for.

I first want to say I never go out of my way to write reviews like this but came on here just to write one for Dr Amin. I've given this clinic plenty of chances over the years to clear my own doubts, but every single appointment I've ever went to made me feel unheard and like my medical needs were not taken seriously. I honestly get the impression the doctor is more concerned about making a paycheck than genuinely wanting to help people. He's friendly on the surface, but being friendly is not enough when you're dealing with serious problems from your patients. There have been times when I've booked multiple appointments for the same exact issue and it always felt like I was running in circles, wasting my time and energy on something that will never get resolved. All the medication I've been prescribed and services I've paid for at this clinic in the past did absolutely nothing for my body, leaving me to figure out what next steps I need to take. Come to think of it, there was never a time when I was even referred to a specialist for anything. The appointments themselves are very rushed, almost like the doctor wants to go in and out. I understand there a lot of appointments to get through, but if you're rushing your patient's appointments, maybe that's a tell-tale sign you need to find other capable doctors to place in your clinic who can assist with coverage. Either that, or accept that some patients do require a bit more time than others. I've also noticed this doctor doesn't like to address more than one concern at an appointment even if the appointment runs for no longer than 5-10 minutes. I was initially thrilled to find a doctor that was close to home and made it convenient for me to drop by. Now I have no choice but to explore other options. It's a shame. I wish I changed doctors sooner before London became over-populated.

The most professional doctors and receptionists especially Warda she is always there to talk to me in French and make my experience enjoyable, thank you medicentres and Dr. Elloway!! Dr. Elloway is one of the most patient doctors I have ever had I don’t feel like she rushes me out of the room she really listens and explains everything from A-Z!

After 2+ years searching for a Dr after mine retired, I feel I hit the jackpot with this clinic! Dr. Ellaway is incredibly amazing, so genuine and nice, shows so much compassion and understanding, and I know she truly understands everything I am going thru, and completely believes in me. I have never had a Dr like Dr. Ellaway and I thank God for her every time I see her.The staff is absolutely wonderful! They are always kind, friendly, cheerful, and you can see the smiles in their eyes (masks), and hear it in their voices. Regardless of how many times I may need to call, they treat me just as great as they did with the first call.Words cannot express my gratitude for this clinic, for the staff, and for my amazing Dr. I am so grateful for all of you.My sincerest Thanks to each of you! :)

I would like to leave a comment that reflects on my experience at the clinic in London. Dr Amin is my doctor and I can assure you that he has always treated me with the most respect and compassion. He seems quiet knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good doctor.As for the receptionists and the clinical nurses, they have always treated me nice.I respect all the staff for all the work they do. I know they are busy but above all I have seen them treat everybody equally.

If I could give them ZERO star, I would do. The reception is more than awful. I called her to ask for an appointment for my son. She said he need to have two negative COVID rapid tests. I said I tested my son last night and this morning. Both negative. The reception said two negative tests with at least 24 hours lag needed. I hung up and talk to my wife and she said we did it yesterday morning as well. So, I called her again and said we happened to test yesterday. But she refused and said you changed your talk.She thinks that she is a smart detective? we were talking about a kid which was in pain and she played a cat-mouse game to announce victory. This looks like her attitude.Of course I know Dr. Ramadan is another story. He is perfect.

I had many family doctors from different provinces but I have never met someone as caring and understanding and knowledgeable as Dr. Moulin she is the best family doctor I had by far most of the doctors don’t spend a lot of time explaining your problems but she gives her all to help you understand and gives you multiple options for your treatment.
