Village Flower Shop

Esther goes above and beyond every time I use her services. She has kept me out of the doghouse on many occasions and my wife always gets wonderful compliments on her flowers. I cannot stress enough how stress free it is to work with her!!

I did not personally order flowers from this shop, however I was meant to be the recipient of a floral arrangement from this shop. The person who I spoke with had no concept of customer service.In short, a voicemail was left for me to schedule a delivery of flowers (that were meant to be a surprise). I missed the call (as it came from an unknown number) and didn't hear the voicemail until the evening (6pm). I called back to schedule deliver per the voicemails instruction, only to be met with hostility and attitude at the other end of the line.Who I can only assume is the owner (as it was after hours) answered the phone, she was extremely rude. The person I spoke with cursed at me and hung up on me twice. I did absolutely nothing to this lady but follow the instructions of her voicemail and she argued with me because I called back to schedule the delivery. First she yelled at me for not calling sooner, I would have but I didn't recognize the number and didn't realize a voicemail was left. Then she told me they were closed.. not sure why she answered the phone, then preceded to tell me off for calling an emergency line, it was the same number she called me from during business hours.This was all because the person who ordered the flowers for me had called shortly before and politely asked why they hadn't yet been delivered. The floral shop failed to tell their customer that deliveries had to be scheduled with the recipient and no arrangements would be done as a surprise" delivery. The same lady yelled at their customer and hung on them twice.I would never recommend this company to anyone. Unless you're looking for a flower shop to be abusive and disrespectful towards you and your recipient
