I am very happy with my experience with this store today. I was able to walk in on my lunch break and tell them exactly what I was looking for. They directed me right to it. Due to my situation I was in need for a couch right away they were able to have it ready for me to pick up for when I finished work. Very friendly and quick work on the staffs part, even threw in a free rug I was looking at! Thanks so much!

Loved this store, Jessica and Brittany helped me find a new bed and bedroom set.. very knowledgeable and patient (i did lot of testing haha).I got my furniture the next day and at a very good price !!! i would recommend and ill be back soon. Thanks again Jessica and Brittany A++++

Went to this place last week, we were looking for a couch and had questions but the guy kept walking away and he knows he was walking away!!! Very rude customer service. Anyways, because we really liked a couch there, we still went forward with the purchase. He mentioned that we should receive the couch by Friday and we would receive a call. No one calls to inform if we are receiving the couch or if there is any delay. My husband calls and Matt answered the phone, just said oh sorry the truck is not here yet and hung up on my husband!! My husband calls again to try to know when is the truck coming so we know too right but again the truck is not here and hung up on my husband!!! What kind of customer service is that??? Is he on some timer of what that he cannot talk properly to customers?? Also we paid in full for the couch but it helps like we owe them money, they way they behave.My husband called them again today, a lady picks up and says ohh yeah the truck was supposed to show up on Friday but we have no idea where it is!!! Are you kidding me? Who is supposed to know that then??? They don't have a proper customer service, either over the phone or in person.

Worst experience ever , sold me a faulty fridge 3 weeks ago and have done nothing to help rectify the situation . Would not recommend at all . Service is absolutely horrid . Selling a broken fridge to a family with a small baby and not allowing me to return it for a new one is completely unacceptable.

Buyer beware. Not worth it if you dont want to deal with shady sales practices so the sales people can get non existant sales. Or if you dont want your information sold.Went and looked at some new furniture a month or so ago. Discussed possible financing however made it very clear when leaving the store that I was not purchasing anything at the moment and was going home to think about it. Got a message a few days later discussing my payment plan and next payment" called and cancelled that and got confirmation it was done. Or so I thought. A month later

I would give 3 stars because my wife really liked this store. And my issue is actually with the third party company they choose to do business with. But clearly other reviewers have had issues with delivery and they are aware and continue to deal with them. So they get a 2. And it's a gracious 2.Delivery driver was extremely rude. They left garbage all over my driveway. They didn't even set the furniture up. Charged us extra because the couch had to be disassembled to come through the door. Yet stated this model never fits. (And this is where surplus lost another star) the store should make these things known to customers and potential customers alike. Honestly it wasn't worth the trouble.

Summer and Anna were very friendly. Prices were great and quality is good. I will get friends and family to shop here.

Don’t go here. In September 2022 we paid $3000 for 2 couches that have purple theatre lights underneath them. Once they were delivered we noticed right away that one of the couch’s light’s did not work. We called the store and they said they would replace them and call us back soon. Didn’t hear back, 2 weeks later we called them and they said they have to look around for the lights and would call us back. Never heard back, called back again and they said they don’t have extra lights and will have to order them and will call us back. Didn’t hear back, a few weeks later I called back again and they said the same thing that they have to order them. Didn’t hear back, a few weeks later called back again and they said the lights arrived but they don’t know where they are and would call us back. They have never called us back not once. It has now been 5 months since we bought our $3000 couches and there has been no compensation for the defective couch. Do not recommend!

Normally I won’t go out of my way to write a bad review but this place deserves it. Went in store and purchased a sofa, love seat and a chaise attachment, paid and scheduled to have it delivered the next day.The next day the delivery drivers showed up, dropped off the sofa and love seat without the chaise attachment, we showed them the invoice and they apologized and asked us to call the store which was fine. We called and they apologized and offered to have it delivered, but instead I offered to just pick it up since it was only about a 25 min drive from me. I got there and explained the situation and the lady working the desk immediately started being extremely rude and not even admitting to their mistakes, then handed me ANOTHER invoice, and that I wasn’t getting it unless I paid the amount on it, even though it showed that I purchased it on my original invoice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE.
