Easy to get to location for me, no wait when I was there pre-Christmas shipping. COVID compliant, knowledgeable employees. It's a small location but I don't consider that a down side.

Not a food review, but still a review nonetheless. Picked up a FedEx package from here today and it was super smooth & quick. Owner seems like a friendly guy too.

Super helpful and quick. I went there to pickup a delivery and then drop it off, both times at 5:15pm (it shuts at 5:30pm) and both times I was promptly helped without any stress. I appreciate the good service.

Friendly neighbourhood computer and cellular phone repair shop operating for more than 10 years. Best cellphone repair shop in Vancouver. just a tip, Broadway Eastbound after 3pm is HOV lane, but store has rear parking. you could park your car at the back.

Picked up a UPS package from here and had a very poor experience. The employee working at the time did not speak English and this led to significant delays and communication difficulties - it took me over 15 minutes to pick up my package despite being the only customer in the store.Despite providing my ID and the pickup slip, the employee was unable to find my package, so she brought me into the back to find my package myself. There was nothing preventing me from claiming someone else's package was mine. Once I found my package and brought it back to the front, there was no scanner or computer to record the pickup; she simply wrote down my name and phone number in a random notebook. This seemed to be it, so I took my package and left the store.I am now partway down the block and the employee comes out and chases me down, so I return to the store and through her limited English, I figure out she wants the pickup slip. I give her the slip and then leave the store again.Again, partway down the block and the employee comes out again, so I go back. She seems confused because the pickup slip is missing some information. I try to explain that is what was left - it is the delivery driver who fills it out and not me.She then phones someone to discuss what to do and after this, indicates I can leave. I leave and don't look back - I wasn't about to return again, so I just assume she got whatever it was she needed.

I've been coming here for 10+ years for phone repairs to UPS pickups and I've always had a good experience. Sam always recognizes me right away and service is friendly and prompt. This is a no-frills kind of place and the hours can vary but they will get the job done and at a reasonable price!
