The food here is outstanding! The tabouli is exceptional and the meat is of great quality. Overall, it's great value for your money. Highly recommended!

It goes without saying their food is delicious and made with authentic flavours. Their take-out trays and sandwiches are generously portioned. The staff work together side by side and in a cheerful manner. It's fun to watch them prepare your food. I think they have several locations. Check them out if you have not done that yet. The platters I tried were great. Well done JS!

Shawarma is good, a little dry despite requesting sweet and hot sauce but still eatable. Also wish they had different levels of heat for the hot sauce like a few other places I’ve been to. Convenient to where I live. Staff overall is friendly

Met 3 young fellows Ayah, Safi and Ali, they are excellent people and gave great service! Learned lots about Arabic snacks such as Baclava and enjoyed lovely meals at an affordable price considering the large portion sizes. Would come again!:)

We were greeted warmly with free baklava, SOOO delicious!!! Generous portions made you feel like you definitely got bang for your buck! Flavorful and full of variety. These guys work hard on customer service offering tea and other delicious things to try!!! Decor was attractive, gave a cozy, home feel. AMAZING food AND dining EXPERIENCE!!! Thankyou!!!!

Honestly the best food. The amount of food in comparison to the cost was excellent. The staff made the experience just as good- they were very friendly and welcoming. Haven’t eaten good arab food in such a long time since moving from the middle east and this really made my day. Definitely looking to go back.

As an avid Jerusalem Shawarma fan from the beginning, it saddens me to be writing this review right now. I’m really disappointed in saying that what used to be one of my favourite places to go out and eat has now become a place that I won’t order from anymore.Today, I ordered 2 big plates with rice, salad, chicken and beef. As I opened the box, I realized that the meat was just covering the rice. I decided to weigh how much chicken and beef there was, and realized that for $50, you get less than 200 grams of both meats combined, which should be a significant portion of your meals. With every time that I have been ordering from Jerusalem in the past year, I’ve noticed that they tend to put less and less meat, and replace it with filler food like rice. You’re basically paying for rice and a salad.Not only was the quantity of the meat an issue, but also the quality of it. The beef tasted like lamb, and I found a really long hair in my tasteless chicken. The garlic sauce was not as potent as before, and the flavour of the whole plate was missing.Within the last year, I’ve been giving this place many tries to redeem themselves, but unfortunately, this will be the last time that I’m ordering from them.

Served by/ordered from Ayah, Safi, and Ali. Wonderful service! Very nice to us right from when we entered and shared various interesting and delicious Arabic snacks and tea. I’d love to come again with more friends:)
