Beautiful cabins!! We stayed in one off the cabins for a whole week last summer, it is a very beautiful site, Karen is a wonderful host. Would definitely do it again ❤

Kicking Horse Kabins
We have stayed at the Lodge at Kicking Horse Kabins at least 4-5 times now over the past few years. It's nestled right in between the Rockies and the Purcell Mountains, and offers stunning 360 views. The lodge is beautiful and extremely well equipped, the bed is comfortable and the hot tub is an awesome perk.Karen is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Her hot breakfast basket is delicious and has so many yummy options it always feeds us for at least two mornings.Thanks again Karen for another wonderful weekend, and we hope to see you again this summer!

Kicking Horse Kabins
Stayed in September, 2022, and only regret is that we didn't say longer. Peaceful, clean, comfortable, and a perfect location to explore Golden and the surrounding area. Karen was fantastic with communication leading up to our stay and was available during when we had a minor hot tub question. Short drive to the Thompson Falls Trailhead - a 'must' and easy hike. We will be back and highly recommend. Here is a pick of the view from the hot tub at sunset.

Karen cooked the most delicious food for my wedding of 26 people. She was so helpful in the planning process, took time to meet with me several times and everyone commented how amazing the food was. When plans changed she willingly adapted and was happy to accommodate. She coordinated with my other vendors and was extremely helpful throughout that process. We could not have had the beautiful day we did without Karen and are so grateful to her.

We loved our stay here. When we came the owners were so kind and helpful. The lodge has a great view of the mountains and fantastic facilities. With a large screen tv, fantastic kitchen equipment, hot tub, bbq and even a firepit. The beds were so amazingly comfortable too we had to pry oursevles out of bed each morning!!!!Peter and Karen were so accommodating and we would highly recommend anyone to stay here if you are looking for something beautiful, well looked after and luxurious!

Great communication and really helpful owners. Lovely location and facilities. By far the best view for money of all of our stays during 3 weeks in BC and The Rockies. I wish we'd stayed for more than one night.

Cozy, great amenities. Loved the hot tub and comfy cozy beds. Perfect for 3 couples! Beds can be king or 2 twins in each room - smart:) Host was attentive, responsive and great to work with.

Fantastic mountain cabin...a must stay for families!! Third visit for good reason. Lots of space and very cozy with the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on!Just a short drive from the town of Golden makes it a great base camp for your vacation
