I first called VIraf out of curiosity. I wanted to know what they offered, it turned into an almost 60 min call with no pressure and no obligations. But lots of excellent advice. After a few months of my own research and looking, I decided to use the concierge service. I went in looking for a certain type of car, Viraf ended up finding something much better and for the same price. It was a very pleasant experience. The mental energy and time it takes to buy a used car is not worth it when services like this exist. I have recommended the service to friends and family and I will definitely use Viraf again whenever I get another vehicle. His advice and knowledge alone about cars and the car market is worth the cost alone.

This is the fourth car I buy and the first that I've bought through a service like this. In short, I'll never buy a car direct from the dealer again. This is the way to go!I'm not a big fan of negotiating. Hiring a service like this allowed me to outsource what I like least about the new car process and got me a much better price than I would have received from the dealer (savings covered much more than the cost).Really appreciate that this service was able to work with the dealership that took the time to show me the vehicle and convince me that it was the one for me. The salesperson was able to get compensated for their time. If you do use a service like this, make sure to ask that the salesperson gets compensated... sales is a tough job and they should get compensated for the effort that they put into showing you the car.Highly recommended. Quality service. Cost savings. Time savings!

I handed Viraf of Automall a challenge and he responded wonderfully! After an accident where I was rear ended and my car was written off, I had to purchase a new car on short notice in a market that is currently unfriendly to buyers. The world wide microchip shortage, post pandemic dealer expectations of future higher prices and narrow margins on lower priced cars have made it more difficult to find bargains. But Viraf, who was friendly, clear spoken and businesslike, rose to the challenge and delivered on his promise to save me money. As well, his advice on dealing with my written off vehicle saved me even more. This was my first experience with Automall and it was a very good one.

The only way to purchase a vehicle. You can do it the short way or the fun way, either way will save you money. The short way will take about 30 minutes or less. Tell Automall Network what vehicle you want and after about 30 minutes of your time and perhaps a day or so you will have the price and will be directed to the dealer to complete the deal. The fun way is to do your own negotiation, get the best price you can and then talk to Automall Network. They will likely recommend you use their service and you should. You will save money and know that you didn't leave any or at least too much money on the table. It is unlikely that you will be able to negotiate a purchase price as low as that negotiated by Automall Network.

This is the first time I've used AutoMall Network for the purchase of a new vehicle in Alberta. As I don't enjoy the negotiating process, I was more than happy to have Viraf negotiate the best possible deal for me. The whole process was extremely enjoyable, quick and cost effective. I will be using AutoMall Network again for our next vehicle purchase and I highly recommend his services. It is the best stress free way to purchase a vehicle.

I had the worst experience with this dealer. They are running a fraud business. I wanted a new car and I wanted to save some money so I contacted them.I dealt with Omid Badie. He took 8 business days to come back and say there are no cars available in dealers inventory. And that too after multiple follow ups and calls. He wanted me to go for used cars as they mostly deal with used car. To make their work easier I provided them with few more options but didn't receive any response from them.I myself reached out to few dealers and found a car from the list and asked Omid if he can negotiate the price and he was unable to do that.So I went ahead and booked a car by myself as I wanted a car soon and I didn't have any faith on Automall to get me a car anytime soon.When I asked for refund they did not give any. They said they are charging for the time spent by them to find me a car which they could not. There is no proof that they even reached out to any one. No emails or phone records.So do not go by these reviews. Just directly go to a dealer and buy a car else you will loose money rather than saving. They will just take your money and wait for few days and comeback and say there is nothing available and charge you for that.
