I go to Mr. Pool every year to start up my pool. They are the best at customer service! Always friendly service and great advise. Some people complain about everything and think that just because they bought a product from a company that they owe them something? In these uncertain times there are people trying to push people to far to get a reaction. To Marty and all the employees at Mr. Pool, thank you for all the years of great advise and service. You guys are THE BEST!

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Customer service is terrible. Marty, the owner, swore at my fiance after she questioned the chemicals he sold her didn't work. Never experienced such terrible and rude service before.

For the first summer in 4 years, we have ZERO algae in our pool thanks to the knowledgeable and helpful staff at Mr. Pool! Skip the generic box store chemicals and go see these fine folks for advice on keeping your pool clean all summer long. They will test your water and tell you exactly what you need. We just have a small pop-up pool, but they sold me the right products, told me exactly how to use them, and in the end, it was no more expensive than throwing a lot of money away at products that did nothing in the past. No matter how big or small your pool is, go see the staff at Mr. Pool!
