Afrimarketplace is your go-to marketplace for anything AfroCarribbean, as there is hardly anything you won’t find there.Very clean environment and all the staff/owners are humble and polite people. Every customer is treated like a king. Prices are quite fair compared to the other competitors.

Best shop, and lovely store owner and staff. The food is always great quality. I love their oxtail, plantain chips, and spices galore. And then they have hair and all the great hair products to match. It’s a store you can literally find everything you need and more.

Staff working here need basic math training and etiquette on customer service. Labelling and weighing needs to be consistent. Something shady seems to be going on there. We asked for the weight of an overly priced product with no weight info and the shop attendant told us a weight in kg. At the end of the day it was nowhere near that weight and they chalked in up to being confused with weight in pounds and weight in kilos. They also displayed an unprecedented level of rudeness. I do not recommend.

Lovely staff! The perfect place to buy spices, they have great variety. I absolutely love the small friendly market vibe of this place.

Very rude staff I met today that couldn't even operate a POS machine.Can you imagine being insulted by this lady & also another lady on the phone assumed to be her boss.I made a payment which the lady claimed failed since she was unable to print the receipt.I told her the payment was successful & went as far as showing her the debit on my account. But she still refused & insisted that I should make another payment.This is my last day here.Absolutely suprised by the so- called business owner response.Who is the thief. You want me to pay you twice for a purchase.I challenge you to call for investigations.Some legal actions needs to be taken against you for such defamation of character.I have my proof I paid you.Is that how you & your incompetent staff has been defrauding people ?.I encourage everyone shopping with you to be very careful of your acts.

It's quite clean, doesn't smell like similar stores, and I can usually find what I need. Prices are a little north of similar items at other stores.

On my most recent visit to Afrimarketplace, I met the owner. She is quite an amazing person; humble, soft spoken and kind. She helped me with selecting a tuber of yam, amongst other things. I have always had good experiences with this store and would recommend it anytime. Think of something you miss from Nigeria and trust me, you will find it there.

I love that this store is always clean, organized and stocked with Nigerian grocery essentials. The staff is always friendly and courteous just like the owner who is such a joy to interact with. She definitely gets an A+ for customer service. I also get better prices/value for money here compared to similar bigger businesses. I only wish I lived closer but it’s worth the drive. This is a small business that truly earns community support!
