Ontario Duct Cleaning

The two gentlemen arrived on time and told me all that they were going to be doing. They did a really good job and will most likely use them again in the future. Will also recommend to others.

We've used Ontario Duct Cleaning in the past and will definitely use them again in the future. Luke was prompt, professional, and courteous. We appreciate the care that he took to not mark the walls and took his shoes off every time he entered or left the house. Highly recommended! And, as mentioned by others, they don't call us -- we called them!

These folks did a bang-up job cleaning my ducts! I'm originally from Vancouver, and growing up we never had ducts to worry about (it was all radiant heating) so this was a totally new experience for me. I booked via Google Business, and the communication was prompt and professional.Very minimal upselling - which I appreciated - though the product they were trying to upsell was actually quite reasonably priced.The only negative thing I can say is that the arrival time was offered as a window of 2 hours, which was a bit tricky to manage with a baby needing a nap, but we made it work. Also, it was incredibly loud so we had to leave the house while they were here. But all in all I'd hire them again!

Josh and Jerrad are an awesome team. They were polite and professional and answered any questions I had. They went above and beyond to clear out my dryer vent and bathroom fan. My ducts are clear now of years of dust and debris. They cleaned up thoroughly after the work. Thanks again to Josh and Jerrad! I recommend them highly.

This is a very professional company. They came on time, and Mark Sean and Jerrad did a thorough inspection of our vents. Once they finished I could tell that the vents were super clean. I am very happy with the service we received, both staff were kind and respectful.

Firstly; we came across them because a few of our neighbours had used them. There was no them calling us or spam emails or any of that. We saw them at 3 of our neighbours.Secondly, the two gentlemen that came were so polite and friendly. And, you know how usually when you have people working in your house, all you hear is the non stop stomping. None of that happened, they were so careful, our house is fully decked out for Christmas, nothing was even slightly out of place. They were so careful and respectful.Thirdly, the duct cleaners we had previously caused a disaster in our vents. We know this. The old duct cleaners literally pulled one of the vents out of the ceiling and we fixed it the best we could. These gentleman, while cleaning, put it back into place properly. When the drilled so they could vacuum, they put a cap where they drilled so it could be used for future cleanings and no hole needs to be drilled again. They left NO mess behind. And, gave us the full breakdown of the bill before we paid, it wasn't just. You owe me this, goodbye. They put all the vents back when they were done, put pieces of paper down by vents as they worked so none would get missed. And we immediately noticed a difference in the house. Our vents were in really bad shape and we didn't get charged extra for it. We got charged the normal amount. Like the vents were so bad that we literally noticed right away the difference the cleaning made. And we still didn't get charged extra.All in all, the company did a great job, the price was amazing, I've already recommended them to a friend and even showed her a copy of my bill which was the selling point for her after I told her how happy I was. We will be using them again, and I highly recommend them.
