Dr Singh and his team are immensely helpful and kind. He has been my pcp since 2018 and recently my father complained about chest pain and without wasting any time Dr Singh referred him to a cardiologist. Within 5 days we got a call and were booked for stress test and all. It's been two weeks since his heart bypass. Me and my family would like to thank Dr Singh!!! Thanks a million!!

I DO NOT recommend, receptionist is so rude and ignorant. Dr singh needs to fire her, or teach her basic life skills on manners. She refuses to pick up calls

Dr Singh’s office has a token system, which doesn’t have any meaning/sense. I have got the token number 8, but turned out to be number 16 in line and waited for 1.5 hours in the waiting area after given time for token 8.This should be changed. When there is no value in coming to pharmacy before 9 just to take the token and come back after 10 am to wait again for hours.

The doctor is Good, i have been there before. He has two receptionists. One of the receptionists who has glasses on gave tokens in the morning. I was there at 8:50 to get token to see a doctor. She gave 10 coupons to the patients, i was the 11th one. She said she will adjust in the doctor's appoinments and said to come back at 11:00 am. I made sure that she will give a doctor appointment, she said No worries come at 11:00 am. So i went to the clinic at 10:50 am. I told her my whole situation, I waited there for 50 minutes to get turn, she did'nt gave me a chance to see a doctor. I requested her 2-3 times that I really need to see a Doctor. She said they have other patients before me. The girl with glasses on lied that in the morning she gave 16 tokens but she didn't. She sent another patient to see a doctor who was behind me. AlI I was disappointed,

Went to this clinic to be disappointed the 2nd time. Their walk in timings are 10am-11 am. I reached at 10:15am. I waited in the queue for 20mins to reach the front desk only to know that the doctor is not taking any more patients for the day. They should have better management. This happened for the 2nd time.

Dr Singh is very good doctor much knowledgeable he understands the problems and listen to person very well and then do the best treatment accordingly and also very professional. My son had a fall and get his arm hurt.I thought it doesn’t look bad but still took him to the doctor just to check that nothing bad.Dr said he looks fine but didn’t want to ignore a possibility of crack or fracture and luckily we did the x-ray on the same evening dr Singh called me about he had a 3 crakes in his bone.Thank you doctor I have no idea if that day he could have said he is ok nothing serious and ignored this possibility he bad it could have been. And lady work on the front desk as well as nurse that works with the doctor both are very nice and understand emergencies.Thank you

I'm editing to add after having a new family physician and having my eyes opened that while Dr. Singh has wonderful bedside manner and cares about his patients he doesn't take the initiative to actually figure out what's going on with his patients or follow up with them, order tests etc. He just kind of does the bare minimum, he does it kindly and truly listens to you but once you leave the office you're very out of sight out of mind. I think he's a good doctor for anyone in generally good health but for anyone with a chronic condition I would look elsewhere for someone more involved. It's really difficult because Dr. Singh is by far one of the best family physicians I have ever encountered. I would stick with him till the ends of the earth if not for how his staff run the clinic. Receptionists simply do not care one iota about patients. I have been screamed at and hung up on on multiple occasions by one, and the other constantly lies about when things will be taken care of. They all consistently tell you outright that you're not a priority because you're not in person in the clinic. They constantly lose faxes or lie about receiving them. And god forbid if you have an emergent situation there is absolutely no one to contact and chances are their office is suddenly closed with no warning. I'm having to consider switching doctors when I absolutely do not want to lose Dr. Singh, simply because of how his staff are. Sucks.

Dr. Satbir is one of the best in the area. Receptionist Puneet is very professional and knows how to take care of patients.

Walked in at 10am, and they told me come back at 2pm. I’ve never seen a clinic do this before.

Dr.Singh is a thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable physician. He has a proactive/preventative approach and is very patient and kind towards his patients. I’ve switched my entire family to his practice, and have also recommended him to friends and neighbors. His office is clean and secretaries are friendly and organized. The pharmacy is conveniently located next door, and the Pharmacist Michael is also very patient, caring and knowledgeable. I’ve been a registered nurse for 23 years and recognize quality care when I see it - rest assured, will find that at Huron Crossing Medical Clinic.
