Good customer service, specialized and very friendly staff !!!

I overall liked this vape store but the Current Manager is rude and takes out his anger on customers when he has a bad day.. Really rude and I would not come back here if it wasn’t for the fact that I’m not willing to drive further to another vape store.

Epic and honest staff. Solved all my vape issues and questions. Even gave me a discount! Owner knows his products really well.

The guy that served me laugh in my face over a question and then secretly said smtg to his coworker

Really great service, I went in a few weeks ago to get a replacement subtank glass tube for a product I never got from there -the sales guy bent over backwards to find me a proper one and explained a bunch of things I never knew , all great service for a $4 glass tube I'm sure they made nothing on which by the way I payed $10 for at another store nearby before where the guy told me he couldn't charge me under $10 for products sold at his store from some shady Quebec law I had never heard about. Subsequent to say I know where I will be doing my future purchases from. Also they have a great , open feeling store where the ejuice is very well displayed and at reasonable prices.Only thing I would say is I wish they had put a sign out nearby so I could have found my way to their store sooner.

My husband and I had amazing service provided by Nathan. I had a lot of questions and he was fantastic at working with me to find a vape that fits me. We walked out with 2 new vapes and a variety of juices. Kudos to you Nathan!

Best place in town always a good time when I go, they always got a smile and always giving a helping hand when it's needed. Hands down favorite place to go especially when it's to just kill some time and chat they always welcome you.

Awesome service. Staff is very knowledgeable and super helpful. Good selection of juices and devices. The real downside is their prices. Bought a tank tonight at $47 which retail at $29 in other vape shops. Same for juices, $25 at Rouge Vape and $17 just about anywhere else. 2 pods for $16 where I can get 4 for $19 in other stores. The staff is truly amazing but when you buy a lot of products, at some point, the pricing becomes relevant.
