Turtle Jack's Muskoka Grill Lionhead
Dined in last night and was the worst food ever. 3 cheese dip tasted like kids Mac n cheese. Bruschetta bread was so hard to chew . And the kids pizza was so dry. Good quality has dipped down big time. Server did nothing about the food and she just could have been a little nicer and get a new pizza we just left the entire food. Used to be our favourite place but not anymore.

Lindsay and the team here are really friendly and professional. The service is great, ambience is very nice and food is delicious. I got the Nashville chicken wings and they were done perfectly! The servers came along adequately and provided good service. It’s my go to spot for lunch meetings in the area! Check them out

We had arranged a party for about 30 people at this location and we were VERY VERY HAPPY with the overall experience. Very courteous staff, even the owner called before to confirm and finalize some details. We had very unique requirements in terms of billing and seating arrangements and it was fulfilled with smiling face.Food was awesome and service was even better. I had Blackened chicken with Storyteller lager and it was delicious. Our hostess Tasha (I hope I got her name right) needs special mention as she provided great service with a big smile on her face. Team at Turtle Jack went out of the way to meet our individual requirements.Highly recommended this place if you wish to have a great food, drinks and fun times.

Went for my bday. This was my 1st time at this location. The restaurant looks very nice and the greeting from the staff at the front was very friendly and nice. Food was served fairly quickly and that was good. The NY butter chicken wings are really very good and I highly recommend it and would give it 5/5 rating. The main dish we had was salmon and blackened basa and both dishes were “ok” in taste and I would give both a 3.5 /5 rating. Other main dishes might be better but I have not tried them. Only rating based on what I ate. I would go back for drinks and appetizers. But unlikely to go back for dinner mains.

New server whom is a young man. Every friendly and nice. Wings were so good. Special New York butter and some other flavour which I forgot. Brought everything I needed without having to ask them multiple times . Love this server. Forgot to get his name.Wednesday nights - live musicWashroom was clean.

Solid 3* Restaurant.Service was friendly but inattentive. Nice ambiance.Best meal was the NY butter wings.Bacon, cheddar burger was okay but bun wasn’t fresh. Very dry bun - ended up not eating top bun.French dip sandwich was good but not enough meat.Fish and chips were okay but fries were not hot. Coleslaw was terrible though - literally no dressing, no salt - tasted like raw cabbage.Overall okay food but could be better.

Best place to have team parties or family dinner. We enjoyed it a lot. Service was awesome and so were our servers. We were a mix of vegetarians and non-vegetarians and dishes served were tasty. The location is also convenient provided you drive or do Uber/Lyft. Public transport is not so good for this place.

The servers were not interactive, never showed up after serving food to ask if we need something more. The food was awful, we didn’t eat it and they didn’t even bother to ask why we Didn’t eat it. We spent nearly $200 and amongst all the food items just nachos were good. Bruschetta was soggy, no crunch. Load fries, were topped with ample of mayonnaise, we got 4 classic burgers but didn’t eat any. On top of that we got a birthday brownie as a surprise but the server just handed it over to us saying here is your brownie, no wishes by the team as they usually do at other locations. All in all this particular location of turtle jacks is not good at all.

Went to Turtle Jack's Muskoka Grill Lionhead for dinner and wow!! food was super delicious. We ordered variety of things from drinks to desert everything was up to the mark. Staff was super cool and friendly. Loved every second of my evening.
