RIDICULOUSLY expensive. Ugly. Unfashionable to the MAX. I'm SO disappointed I asked for all my Christmas gift certificates to be for Penningtons. Always expensive, but at least I could justify the price for the cuteness of the clothes. Seriously, these styles are made for 80+ year Olds to enjoyin the long term care home.

I would give 5 stars if the quality and price points were a little more appropriate. Staff are very kind, store is lovely and always clean. The clothes are nice but the price is too high for the quality of the garments. Also, Additionelle items should be inclusive of the sizes you offer at Penningtons. It's not fair to exclude the people who already are excluded from every other store chain. Please rectify these issues because I do love Penningtons. ❤️

Management was atrocious. While shopping all I could hear from management were complaints about her staff. All the while not once was I asked if I needed help or told about any promotions. I waited with cloths in hand at the change room but was ignored. I felt so disgusted and felt so bad for the people working under the store manager as she was the one taring them up. I will NEVER buy from a store that supports a store manager beating down workers and that neglects customers. Will be trying my best to report this to corporate as they should be aware of this trashy behaviour.

They were so helpful getting me fitted for the right bra size. I'd been wearing the wrong one for ages and feel much more comfortable now.

I was the only person in the store - there were three of them - and I still did not get any service. I was trying on shoes, which they don't have on the floor. I had to go to the cash to get the first size. It didn't work. I sat for 3 or so mins trying to catch their attention to get a new size and nobody looked over. If you don't want my business, that's fine. I'll go elsewhere. If it was busy I would understand.I drove here from Lindsay specifically for Penningtons and it was a waste of my time. What a disappointment.

All I can say is AMAZING! Karen and Sherry are truly amazing people and made me feel beyond comfortable and confident all while helping me step outside of my comfort zone in finding new clothes. Their customer service skills are truly incredible and they made the whole shopping experience fun. Best experience I have ever had shopping!!!! Thank you for making it so wonderful! I will keep coming back for sure

I went in with my friend, found a romper I wanted to purchase, but ever one in my size was ripped. I would have purchased it, if, the rip would have been easy to repair. I'll order on line

The costumers service in this store is incredible. Every single staff member was kind and helpful. I haven't experienced a store setting like this in years and it was amazing.Selection was way better then other Pennington's I've been in, highly recommend!
