I had a severe herniated disk, I was on heavy narcotics for pain (Morphine) in one treatment I no longer needed them.It has been 2 year and my spine is better than ever.

Essaye d'avoir un rendez vous avec Dr Réjean Poitras,depuis juin 2022..Toujours le même refrain qu'on dit,Il est absent indéterminé, moi ça fait deux ans que j'ai pas eu d'évaluation médicale et trois ans que j'ai pas passer de test sanguin, YA TU UN AUTRE MÉDECIN QUI PEUT LE REMPLACER ET S'OCCUPER DE MON DOSSIER CÂLINE J,AI BESOIN D'UNE REQUÊTE POUR ALLER PASSER MES TEST SANGUINS ET SUIS RENDU À 54 ANS!! ES-CE QUE JE SUIS RENDU DÉJÀS UNE ANTIQUITÉ ET ON N'EST PLUS INTERESSER À ME SOIGNER..

Dre de famille jamais présente lorsqu'on a besoin. Nous nous faisons refuser car ma fille coule du nez mais n'a pas de COVID. Je n'ai jamais vu un système de santé aussi mal organiser. J'en suis tellement frustrée et déçu qu'on va commencer nos démarches à trouver un autre médecin de famille plus présent. Ma fille a 15 mois et n'a toujours pas eu son RV de suivi pour son 9 mois car elle attrape des mini rhumes à la garderie!! 0/5

Le personnel médical est génial. Cependant, c'est un enfer d'obtenir un rdv lorsque votre médecin n'est pas disponible. Impossible d'être relayé à un autre médecin lorsque le votre est en congé maladie, en vacance ou autre. Il n'y a même pas de sans rendez-vous au sein de la clinique.

This is hands down the BEST clinic i've been to in years. I've had many Chiropractic sessions with Sebastien and its been five star every single time. I've learned alot about my own health just from visiting him.Furthermore Stephanie at Reception is EXCEPTIONAL and extremely friendly. Always helpful and goes out of her way to befriend you and make you feel comfortable. She is also VERY knowledgable and polite, I look forward to going in and seeing her at the front desk. Only an experienced professional can handle what she has to handle when it comes to rude patients (as is often the case in medical clinics. I've seen it first hand in person), she's always attentive and genuinely cares.Thank you to the friendly staff at This clinic! Will be a patient for years to come.
