Purchased an item, drove home and opened it to realize it was missing some pieces, I called and explained and was told to come back and exchange it for another. When I arrived it was insinuated that I removed the pieces after purchase and am now trying to steal extra merchandise. This place would have deserved a 0 star but I ended up with all my purchased items in the end so that’s worth a star I guess

love the new location. very well laid out. greeted each time you enter. polite staff clean store & good selection. very appreciative that Regina has this gift store. loved buying my hallmark movies & hallmark monopoly .
