The service was friendly and although the waxing job was good the price was very high for not getting my brows trimmed or plucked. I had to go home after and do it myself

This was my first time getting my eyebrows professionally done, and it was a great experience! Cassie was super cool and did an amazing job on my eyebrows!!!

Had Renee for a brow tint and wax. She was very friendly but did a horrible job. She did not follow my eyebrow shape and gave me very harsh lines way above my eyebrow even after I told her I wanted them super natural. I had to rub my eyebrows raw for an hour just to get some of the tint off afterwards.

Brow Queen Esthetics is the only place I could ever fathom getting a brazilian wax and now, brows waxed. I never trusted anyone with my brows but Shelley is now the exception; she did an amazing job with my brows and ensured to keep in mind the way I wanted it to turn out. My brazilians with Shelley are always something to look forward to as well. Shelley is so precise and professional while also making sure that everything is done in the best manner, ensuring that I am comfortable and that helps deal with the pain of waxing. Her attention to detail results in the cleanest waxes ever. She's also an amazing conversationalist so you can always expect to have a great time at brow queen esthetics. HIGHLY recommend!! I'd give it all the stars in the world :)

I've been going to Brow Queen for a little over a year now (variously: brow wax, tint, brow lami, lash lift and manicure/pedicure) and have had my brows done by both Shelley and Cassie. The service is always amazing. On time, clean environment, friendly and professional. They are the absolute best at what they do, and explain clearly the process, what to expect and aftercare. The products are high quality too so you know your skin will be well taken care of. If you're looking for quality, good chats and a perfect brow these are your gals!

I'd really recommend this place. The ladies are all lovely and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the product they use for the eyebrows din't really work for me. So I'll give it a 4.5 stars :) I'm looking forward to booking for other services.

This was the first time I’ve ever had my brows touched let alone a full brow wax, tint & lamination. Cassie was incredibly welcoming and made me feel confident during the whole experience.When I left the shop the last coat she put on made my brows VERY dark, a very intense look, but after leaving that on for 24 hrs and washing it off my brows lightened to a more natural colour. I’d say day 3 it really hit the perfect colour. My brows look full and bushy, which is what I wanted!The lamination process has made it so easy to style my brows however, like a wizard or just perfectly shaped like a snatched queen.Would HIGHLY recommend.

This was my first time here. I had booked a manicure and was quite apprehensive as to how it would go, since I am new in HRM, but I had one of the best and most relaxing salon experiences ever. I was made really comfortable within the first few minutes itself, and I left as a happy client with my nails beautifully done.Shout out to Renee, she’s just the best! Everyone in there is just super warm and welcoming. I can’t wait to be back to try out more of their services.Highly recommend!
