Kelsey's will always go the extra effort to help their customers. They have bailed me out of mechanical trouble time after time ( even after hours). Their first rate mechanics and staff quickly become friends who are eager to help, dispense advise or just talk. They never nickel and dime you - always willing to tighten a prop, check battery strength, hand you a bottle of cold water. Kelsey's is everything a small customer friendly business should be.

I've been renting pontoons from Kelsey's marina for many years. I want to share that I've always had a great experience. Now Rob and his crew (Cody) have great customer service. They made sure we had a good time. Also, they made sure that we stay safe out on the water.

Wish the rest of the businesses were run like this one. Robbie has taken customer service to a whole other level. John the shop manager is awesome and always finds me the parts I require. Really friendly and just great to deal with. Mechanics are fantastic with lots of experience. Also very approachable and will take the time to explain what your issue is. Highly recommend dealing with this Marina a little off the beaten path but well worth the trip.

I have nothing but good things to say about Kelsey marina. If I could rate higher than 5 I would because they went above and beyond.We rent a cottage on an island on the lake every year and every year we have our boat serviced before we go because we rely on it to get groceries etc. This year we sprung a leak and it was a rip in the shift bellow. Bilge would not keep up and we thought our vacation was over.We called other local marinas and being July they were way to busy to repair our boat. When we called Kelsey we got same response initially. After writing Rob an email they got us in.Within a day they had us back on the water and saved the vacation we had waited for all year.In addition to repairing the boat in a day they had it waiting in the water and put our trailer in storage for free so we could back on the water. They took us to and from the island and didn't charge a taxi fee.As for the cost of repairs we expected to overpay for sure since they knew we were stranded on the island without the boat but that was not the case.Wish I had an honest and overacheiving marina like this in London Ontario. You guys rock and we really appreciate all your help.

Kelsey's recently put a new E-Tec on my boat. It was cleanly installed and completed when they said it would be done. Their technicians were knowledgeable and communicative. They explained all of its features and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. Sales personnel were very helpful and friendly. They are certainly customer oriented. It was a great experience dealing with Kelsey's and I would strongly recommend them for any boating or motor needs.
