If you go inside at night, expect a wait! There are usually only 2 employees, and they are at the drive-through area. They don't hear anyone come in!! You'll have to yell for service!

Was waiting for 15 min. Then placed myorder and was asked to wait longer because what I asked for was not prepared or ready. I counted 5 people working none who seem to understand there job and moved at sloth like speed. This Location has better service in the early am hours

The place is very clean and the people working there are absolute gems.Tammy took extra care of my dietary restrictions a d made me a good breakfast sandwich for the road. 10/10 would recommend going here.

I am never going to this Tim Hortons again. They are so incredibly slow, and there is always at least one person standing around doing absolutely nothing- usually more than that. Yesterday I ordered a bagel and a coffee around 1pm on my way to work. I got the coffee right away which was appreciated, but was left to wait for my bagel. Even after I had been waiting for 15 minutes (no joke), I said something to a worker because I was going to be late for work and nobody was even standing near the food-making area. I asked the worker if I could just have my bagel on it’s own in a bag because I knew that if I had to wait for it to be made, I would be there for another 10 minutes. When I asked the worker for my bagel in a bag because I was going to be late, she snarkily responded with ‘Well, I didn’t know there was a deadline’. Of course there’s a deadline, it’s called FAST food for a reason!!! This ordeal ended up causing me to be late for work. It is faster to drive across town, order a sandwich elsewhere, and drive back over to my work than it is to order something from this Tim Hortons. This should be addressed by management immediately before they continue to lose long-time customers.

A unique atmosphere! There's only about 20-30 left in this small town. Get it before it's gone! (No drive-thru)

Men's Washroom is disgusting. Toilet seat not attached. Has not been cleaned. Hair on the sink counter. I didn't buy anything. I am very concerned with how clean the kitchen and preparation area is. I will not be back to this place.

I ordered a cheese melt with a hash brown in it . They gave me hash brown on the side of and gave me French vanilla instead of Mocha Latte . Ruined my lunch! Not happy with the service.

How can service be so incredibly bad at a location with no drive thru? You have one job to serve people that come through the door and it’s comical how slow it is. Tim Hortons is a joke franchise now.
