Was just in this location at 12 30, the worker with glasses was extremely rude.. if you're not happy, quit your job? even the way she spoke to her co worker when she was simply asking her a question was absolutely unprofessional. I would re avauate your customer service workers at this location.

Worst service ever!!! This is the first time I tried to return a leaking vape cartridge, and the first time that I have actually remembered to keep the receipt and the original packaging as instructed by the canna cabana employee at my regular location. It was 12 days ago so I thought it would be ok because every other cannabis store I've been in has said that returns of faulty vape cartridges must be within 2 weeks. I was told it had been too long since I purchased it so they couldn't take it back. When I asked how long they usually take it back within the answer wasn't even clear.With a cannabis store on almost every corner, I definitely would not pick this one!! I'll stick to my regular store or Value Buds where the return policy for these things is actually clear and the customer service is fantastic.

Great shop with very friendly and attentive staff. They were able to answer all my questions and provide the exact help I required. Also what a selection! If you can't find it in here, may not exist!

Terrible website. Even if you jump through their hoops it still doesn’t work. Add items to the cart, when you go to checkout it deletes them all even though they are in stock. Online doesn’t show items in stock but when you call they say that’s the one they have in stock.Take a page out of a better Cannabis delivery company in BC like ARCannabis. They have an app that actually works. Cost you at least a few $$$ tonight, wonder how much more it’s cost you….

I wish I could give a lower rating. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SHOP HERE!!!! A manager and a staff member named Matthew M. have absolutely horrendous customer service skills. They were both very rude, condescending, and insulting. They were verbally abusive to a customer who has disabilities. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in this company, to see that they would employ people like that, in an environment where they will be dealing with many different types of customers, especially customers who are going to have an array of disabilities/difficulties,etc.Edited to add in response to reply; Calling a customer names for having emotions is acceptable and compassion behavior and the customer should just accept being verbally abused and not get upset in responce to said verbal abuse???

Neat dispensary!Maybe a little bit bigger than necessary, but a great layout of products and accessories available to look at.Great prices, even better with their membership, and the staff are nice as well!
