This is a first class place. From getting a oppointment to see the doctor, nurses and staff will take good care of you.

From initial appointment to discharging you, I give 5 stars every step of the way. Very professional, calming, informative and for someone with high anxiety, this process was not at all stressful. Thankyou to everyone at the clinic!

GREAT EXPERIENCE, THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND MADE YOU AT EASE. FROM THE NURSE TO THE DOCTOR THEY INTRODUCED THEMSELVES AND EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE STEP BY STEP AND ASKED IF YOU HAD ANY QUESTIONS. IT WAS FAST AND WITH NO DISCOMFORT, OR PAIN. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT WAS GOING ON. I BELIEVE THESE TYPES OF CLINICS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR DIFFERENT TESTINGS AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO HOSPITALS. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE GOING FOR A COLONOSCOPY.

I went in yesterday for my 1st ever colonoscopy, and all my fears and nervousness were put to rest immediately. Dr. Ying and staff were true professionals....very friendly, accommodating and a bit of humor mixed in for good measure. They made a scary and what i imagined to be an unpleasant experience into a good, painless experience....and i would easily go back and have the procedure repeated tomorrow with no worries whatsoever if warranted!! We are so fortunate here in Canada to have this screening provided to us without cost, and i urge everyone over the age of 50 to have the procedure done. I have seen first hand, the effects of colon/bowel cancer....and it's not pretty at all!! Major thanx again to Dr. Ying and staff for a great, comfortable experience and i'll see you all again in 5-10 years!! :)

This clinic does not do mandatory blood screening and discriminated against a friend of mine who is HIV+ AFTER he voluntarily provided the information If they do all the requisite screening AND CLEANING - this would not be an issue. SHAME on them. Apparently they discriminate against a lot of other people as well . . . buyer beware.

Loved it only in the sense that the staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.No one looks forward to receiving a scope.

Excellent doctors and staff. I had done a colonoscopy 3 years ago with doctor Isaam El Takli ..he is so pleasant and he listened to the patients I saw him again to do a different kind of test he always go an extra mile and see what really happens with the patients.

Great experience. Super friendly staff. Had Dr. Bellini he was great friendly and made you feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend the scope
