Northern Horizon Dental Innisfil

My daughter and I just moved and chose to switch to Northern Horizon Dental. She was very nervous being with a new Hygienist, but Amanda made her feel very comfortable right away. She loved her cleaning and can't wait to come back! All the staff we saw and met were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I’m new to the area and needed a new dentist and couldn’t be happier in choosing Northern Horizon. Dr. Kong was simply amazing! I had a cavity that need filling which only took about 20mins to complete and I didn’t feel a thing. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

I am not one who likes to go to the dentist but my experience at Northern Horizons Dental and with Dr. Kong was stress free. The whole staff was friendly and made me comfortable throughout my appointment and Dr. Kong explained everything he was doing and asked if I was okay during my procedure. Best customer service I have ever received. They were able to get me in for an appointment in less than 48 hours. They were gentle and caring with the work that needed doing and worked with me on price since I was operating on a budget. But then they went the extra mile. Days after my appointment, I was struggling to submit my insurance claim. The team at northern horizon were able to work with me to submit my claim for me. They communicated with me via text message since my phone service was shotty. Every time I had a problem they found a way to solve it quickly, even when they definitely didn’t have to. 10 stars guys, really, thank you so much.

Both Hanna and Dickson are fantastic dentists. Had a cap and a filling done recently and I could not possibly ask for better service or quality of work. Direct billing to both plans is great to have as well.

The staff are always smiling and I get the impression that each of them love their job. They’re great at what they do, both the dentists and hygienists. Super clean, prompt with appts, and transparent when explaining things.

Dr Sullivan is the BEST dentist we ever had in 15 years. He is very thorough with his examination.Highlyknowledgeable and caring.He spent time explaining the issue and give the best solution to fix the problem.Will highly recommend him and his team!
