We used Mathieu and his services after a terrible experience with another company. Only wish we used Brown Box from the start!Mathieu was very responsive, and made us feel at ease with the task that was needed. They arrived with all the necessary tools and knowledge to get the job done (mounting and assembling a wall bed), and even took away all the garbage and cardboard from the bed.Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for help assembling their furniture!

Matt comes out to be an expert in all types of furniture assembly, and turn-key projects. His team knew the assembly of all Ikea furniture well, and did not have to even look at the manuals. Very reasonable fee, extremely fast and professional service!

In needing large office shelving moved, I reached out to Mathieu. In contrast to the corporate moving companies, Brown Box was immediately responsive, professional, and accommodating. On site, Mathieu kept me informed, was careful, and respectful of the office environment; in fact, he and his team went above-and-beyond in leaving the space and the shelving in better shape than he found it in. I will invite Brown Box Furniture Services back for future office projects and have already recommended them to others.

Brown Box responded to my request for a quote but then completely ignored my replies asking for their availability to book. I ended up going with a competitor but I can't really give a positive review when they aren't interested pursuing your business.
