Used to go to Lordco for everything they slowly got more and more expensive even with an account. The final straw was when they tried charging me $226 for a set of spark plugs with an account. Got the same spark plugs from bumper to bumper for $109. Bumper to bumper has all my business now, haven't been let down.

I have fine experiences at the store. But their drivers are ridiculous. I have almsost been run off the road multiple times as they are coming up the hill around the summit connector. Today was the last straw. The driver wasn't going to limit in the passing lane so I preceeded into the lane that I knew was going to end he then raced up the hill beside me the enitre time and drove beside along the summit connector single lane. There was plenty of room behind and none in front. If I had your plates I would be calling the cops you POS

Another parts shop told me they don't have my part in BC and were not able to find any. Bumper to bumper got the right part the next morning. Very professional staff and helpful store.

The Manager who works here Megan Thornton is an absolute nut job. The rudest personality and is a absolute joke of a human. I would go anywhere else intown than here. Just due to how non personable and violet this child of a woman acts has blown me away. I am surprised that this company would support and have the face of the company be ran by someone who is so violent.

These folks took the precious time out of their day for an hour or 2 to help me find less than 10 dollars worth of brake line fittings that I couldnt find anywhere else. Highly recommend and will be returning everytime I need a part. Thanks guys.

Buyer Beware!!! After accidentally breaking one of my iridium spark plugs during installation, I went to Bumper to Bumper to purchase a replacement. I purchased an NGK spark plug, the part number indicating it was a match for my 2012 Mazda 3 Skyactive. Arriving home to install it, I removed the spark plug from the box and it didn't look right. I was particularly concerned about the appearance of the centre electrode; it didn't look like my OEM spark plugs. I did some research online and was dismayed to discover that the sale of counterfeit NGK spark plugs is commonplace, particularly on Amazon and eBay. I had a VERY poor experience and do not recommend this place at all. The young kid that helped me was not helpful at all. I asked him what other colors the hard hats came in. He told me he would check and came back with a hideous orange one. Never once did he or the guy that assembled it ask about the color and never once did they ask if I wanted ear muffs. I asked the kid about getting a different orange and he and the guy with the grey curly hair told me the one I have is orange. It was a very poor experience and now I need to see if I can get the muffs and visor off and onto a nicer colored hard hat. I am angry and will be bringing it back.
