Hazelview is amazing place to work. This was my first job after i immigrated in this country 6 years ago but never had a thought of switching because of great team, mentors and always provide lot of growth oppotunities to grow within the company.

Hazelview cares is a great place to work and this is evident in our collaborative and fun work environment! You have a real sense of ownership in your role within Hazelview to make it your own and always strive for continual improvement. Whether you are just starting out or have been here for years, there's an opportunity for everyone here. We are better every day because of the people we employ and our culture is unmatched.

I have been part of Hazelview for over 10 years and it has given me an tremendous opportunity to develop my career. It has been an pleasure to work for the organization, which strongly believes in doing the right thing, whether it is for employees, tenants or investing in our communities.

I recently moved to an apartment building and I must say Vanessa from Hazelview properties has been a very helpful resource in helping me with the process of completing my application to even providing all the relevant information for my move in a timely and organized manner. If I could give more than five stars I would. Excellent property and clean, with always someone available to help. Kudos to Vanessa and Hazelview properties.

Great place to work - stands true to the values of trust, ambition, collaboration, ownership mindset and of course having fun while we do it. Management team is proactive and supportive. They truly want to see their teams succeed and grow within the organization.

Initially loved our apartment but it has since gone down hill rapidly. Our first property manager was lovely to deal with and made our transition here super easy and was very informative.It has since changed to a different property manager who is subjectively a nice guy but a nice guy only goes so far when you are not good at your job.The property has since been forgotten about.1. Icy stairs and driveway ramp or not being shovelled or plowed at all for days after snowstorms.2. Zero response from property manager or higher ups with any issue that has arose3. Locking laundry rooms an hour early without notice4. Having all laundry machines out of order without any information about when they will be working again.There is much more that could be said but truly it falls on deaf ears.

Hazelview is truly a great place to work, filled with ample opportunity and great team members who have built a strong collaborative culture over the years. Certainly appreciative of the hard work the teams put in on a daily basis in making continual differences to the homes and communities for our residents.

Tiffany Vasquez was very rude and unpleasant to deal with. Did not return my calls and when she did, majority of the time she said she was busy. This person needs to be thought some customer service skills and how to speak to customers in Polite manner.I ended up leasing with another company who was able to provide me excellent service .

I love the culture of open communication, collaboration and celebration of professional and personal achievements at Hazelview. I'm also happy that I work with team members who demonstrate great work ethic, commendable knowledge/expertise within their role and they are always ready to support. The leadership team's focus on diversity, corporate social responsibility and initiatives that enhance employee experience is commendable!
