Mr. Lube + Tires

I’m so impressed with this location. I made a call on Friday after our first major snow fall. I thought for sure I’d be quoted weeks to change my tires but I got the call on Monday. When I came in, there was a bit of a line (totally understandable!) but their staff kept me informed through out my wait. Beyond that - they were SO KIND. Full of smiles and helpful advice. Spoke to three employees and had the same experience with all of them. Shout out to Seth and JT for their excellent customer service. I will absolutely be back.

Took my jeep into this location for oil change and air filter change. This is a new veh, while doing this the filter canister the housing was broken. I brought this to there attention and was informed it was like that when you brought it in . This is absolutely ridiculous and false.to replace it will cost $ 400, I’m not only disappointed but will never recommend this location to anyone one, very poor service, I’m writing this on behalf of a good friend,

I didn’t mind waiting 30 minutes to get in but after I paid 160$ they didn’t even top up my washer fluid… Doyle out after I left and headed home won’t be back there again probably use jiffy lube at least they top up washer fluid

Had a tire repair done. The tire was fixed within 30 minutes, Shelby helped me, she was very professional and gave great customer service. I will definitely be back! Thanks!

Swift service and decently priced.Went to do some service on my vehicle and discovered the engine oil lid was cracked causing some oil to shoot onto my hood and it's obviously been doing it awhile so I wish they would have told me about it kinda hard to miss. They also said I had power steering leak and I said I just fixed it and they said it still had a bad leak in a new spot which turned out to be not true. They told me my vehicle had a cabin air filter and offered to replace but I declined and went to purchase one and replace it myself but turns out it doesn't have one.

Can't recommend. First vehicle, came in and they didn't have a filter, went to local auto parts store and got one for them so I could get this done. Paid $21 for filter, was told they pay $18 for the part but was only given $4 discount? Whatever... Next vehicle, noticed oil on my driveway after change, brought it back, cant find anything but they cleaned the area, snubbed things up. Brought it back again a week later after still leaking. Still cant identify the leak but cleaned the area, again. Finally I looked for myself and it was obvious that it was the drain plug. Brought it to a dealership and the drain plug was over tightened and stripped. $100 twice for an oil change and oil all over my driveway...

Quick service with friendly staff. The process was simple and easy with great customer service. Highly recommend the Spruce Grove location.

I had separate tires and rims that I wanted, mounted for offroading and was told they were no good from slight weather cheqing" and that they wouldn't mount them. They were fine.....and I got then mounted anyways somewhere else......."

Second time going in for an oil change and I was not disappointed!I had Emma that day, and she was very helpful. She explains everything very well and was able to answer all my questions when I was there. It also gave me joy to see a female in this environment.I will be back!

I came in to get my oil changed and I had Josh and Seth work on my vehicle. These two guys were great to deal with. Both of them were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I usually dread getting my oil changed but these guys were awesome to deal with! Thanks guys! I will for sure be recommending and returning to this location!
