Fix My Hot Tub Vaughan

We experienced a fault in a high temperature sensor on our Jacuzzi hot tub. Initial service guidance was provided over the phone in the event it could be remedied without a service call, but we soon learned it would require a technician. An appointment for a service technician was made, however, a few days later the tech was nearby and came to perform the service 5 days earlier than expected. Dan was professional, personable, thorough and efficient at making the repairs, which were covered under the warranty, and all without any mess or need to tidy up afterwards. Great work folks.

Truly impressed with my whole hot tub experience with Jacuzzi. The tub is superior quality and I love the hot tub. I have been in it everyday since receiving it and already have seen positive results for my back and overall general feeling. The whole process with the wiring, the deliver of the tub and the installation of the gazebo was seamless and happened in a very professional and efficient manner. I was a little frustrated originally with the delivery delays but the net result was so great that you forget about those issues.

We had the thermometer sensor recalled and before we even contacted the store, The Wellness Shop with Jacuzzi came by to replace it! Excellent service! It was fast, friendly service and we would recommend them.

Called to have my hot tub repaired as I have a circulation pipe broken. Was told I couldn't book a repair" even though the company name is "Fix my hot tub"...was told I'd have to book a technician to review first

The tech was very informative! He was able to fix the gap on a panel that had pulled away from the tub. It was a tub defect in that the flange to accommodate the screws to attach panel failed. He was able jimmy the panel over enough to install panel with a much smaller gap. I will certainly use this company for support, repairs and supplies in the future !

From the showroom experience to installation and setup, Jennifer was a pro! She was very knowledgeable about the products, helped us narrow down our decision on which model to get and which accessories were necessary with no sales pressure at all. We had to wait all summer to finally get our hot tub but when it came time to schedule and install, Jennifer was incredibly patient with us in helping to decide on the configuration and position of the hot tub and was very diligent to get us answers to our questions if she didn't have it handy. I would not hesitate to recommend using them!

A 3- week delay for appointment but arrived on time for date set. Despite freezing cold weather both technicians completed tasks with no complaints.

We booked a service call online for our Jacuzzi, and although there was a month wait, it was a good experience. The tech called before arriving as promised, and was able to repair the leak with parts on hand with a plan to return in a few weeks to fix a light bulb that also went out and check the part soaked by the leak has dried out.Everything was taken care of under warranty, and we are happy to have our tub back in commission!

The folks at Jacuzzi have been such a great help, from initial purchase of our Jacuzzi J485 back in 2021 and continue to provide the best service when needed. We recently had an simple LED issue, which when I called to ask for assistance, they provided immediate attention to my needs and service was onsite with a few days. Andrew, the Jacuzzi rep, who came over was just fantastic. Answered all my questions and provided excellent going forward advice with water balancing and other tips to continue enjoying our Jacuzzi.Thanks Jacuzzi!!!!

First time experience with this team and I can say I’m very happy with the service and outcome. We purchased a house that included a beautiful outdoor Jacuzzi but have no experience in running or maintaining one of these units so the advice and service provided by this team was invaluable. They were timely, thorough, got us up and running with a Jacuzzi that has been sitting empty for 6 months, taught us the basics of maintenance, and provided excellent recommendations for future maintenance considerations. Long term I will consider taking over all maintenance, but for now I’m happy to pass off the bigger ~ 3 month jobs to this team due to the convenience and level of service. Thank you!
