I think in a three or 4 years I filled gas of this gas station but last two days ago I filled gas at night . The attended old man is very uncooperative . I think he feel very uncomfortable inside the closed cabin.

Creepy guy works here.I went into the store and he was happy and quite forward with his creepy advances. When I didn’t return them he was rude.Not going here again.

Went to the gas station to fill up my car, waited 5 mins in front of the guy waiting that he accept my money. He didn’t even look at me, he was fixing a $20 bill in front of me for 5 mins. Nonsense, got my gas from someone else.

Over priced. Constantly trying to upsale. Do you want chocolate bars?

Rude staff and horrible customer service. Always takes staff a really long time to ring anything through. I stood there for 15 mins waiting for phone minutes to be rung threw. On several occasions staff could not speak English and therefore were unable to help me. I've been going here for 5 years use to be good service now I avoid it. It's very small inside and they are always out of items especially milk.

Very small. Not much selection of convenience items. Maybe 4 ppl tops can fit inside the store. Would be nice if it were a bit bigger bit never the less staff is friendly

It's a gas station. Lights were bright at night. They default the purchase at $200 but will not let you increase that. Why not? Is that a credit card setting?

I went to Petro Canada near Surrey Memorial hospital at approx. 11:30pm to happily purchase a much needed and well known sale item in the small, on site store kiosk. I have been very sick lately, and getting around is quite difficult. (I have some very serious, and ongoing heart issues, as well as kidney problems, so I'm in a continual pain, and sadly, find even walking to be both extrenious and exhausting!) Anyhow.. after the walk to Petro to buy two - 2Ls of pop, which has been a long standing sale at Petro Canada/7-11 stores at a cost of $4.00 plus taxes and bottle deposits, I was left standing like a fool, outside the kiosk , and was told by the cashier that he would not sell me these items. His reason was that he could not fit the pop into the small metal drawer which is used by night staff at this location, as customers are not permitted in the store after a certain time. Although I was upset, I tried to be sympathetic and understand why it was that this employee, would not open the door of the kiosk after I pre-paid for the purchase, and then, place outside for me out my purchase of the two - 2L of pop. However, even though I suggested I would walk far away from the door, so he would feel safe to place the items outside, he refused to do this and told me that he was not going to open the door not sell me the pop. He did not even care when I tried to explain my medical condition and told him how my being sick affected my ability to walk, explaining to the cashier that the closest store was more than 4 km away. I tried to negotiate, asking if he would sell me four 1-L smaller bottles of pop for the sale price like the 2Ls. he told me he would not do this either, and since he was unwilling to negotiate, or try and figure out some solution, so I advised him that I would write this review, to let the general public about this poor customer service incident, and the fact the kiosk is open all night, but that this incident took place before midnight, on a weekday; and- regardless of the fact that they had the products in stock; the individual working at this location, simply refused to honour a known sale items pricing, so I am now of the opinion, that if you should do business with these people, you would probably want to do so or NOT, and based on fact of their inappropriate unwillingness to honour a known sale, when it was expected to be available,for the reason put forth the customers products would not fit through the little window, sounds like a scam to me!!

Prices for pop and chips are very high. A one liter bottle of Coca-Cola is 4.50 and a big bag of chips is 5 to 6 dollars a bag. This place is a rip off.

Gas is gas. However, I`ve never had 1 attendant say thank you or you`re welcome after a purchase .
