my experience at cleaves was deffinetly one to remember. As me and my son sessile approached the hockey section we were stopped and greated by the young and peppy sales rep Sarah. You could instantly tell that sarah loved her job and was passionate in helping us find all we needed and more! She helped with sizing and the choice between brands, by gving stories of her personal expeirences being a star player on the harrison trimble trojans girls hockey team. It was great to get advice from an expert as i lac in the knolege of hockey growing up in afganistan. In closing i had a great expeirince at cleaves sourse for sports and i can assure you that the next time i am in need of sporting clothing i will be revisiting the moncton location of sourse for sports. They sure know there stuff!

Fabulous customer service and always enough staff around to help. We were looking for swim trunks for my son on swim team, and they didn't have the ones we wanted, so the lady working called their other stores to find us a pair. Love when staff go out of their way to help!

The people working were great...the only issue is that normal shoe sizes (7to9) were gone...i know the the BOGO sale is popular and its not the employee fault just annoying that every shoe we ask for nope sorry smallest size we have is 11

Very nice store, I was assisted immediately, great buy on shoes. Regular $169 plus tax, out the door for $89 tax in. Some super buys.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of footwear that were ordered in. They rang to say they had arrived. I said that I would be in next week and they were gone. The manager explained I had 5 days to call but it was the first I was told. I specifically asked these incompetent clowns to hold the footwear. Anyhow, I'll never step foot in this place again. They just lost a sale and a customer. Amadáns.

We visited on Saturday and were looking on the side of the store where all the skies and hiking shoes are located. He asked if I needed assistance and I said no. There was an older gentleman working and was no more than 5 feet from me the entire time and kept circling me. There is no need to make customers feel like they are stealing or being watched constantly. I immediately left and will not be back.
