Very good service. We had an urgency to buy swaddle blanket and all other shops were not giving same day delivery or pick up during the lockdown. We were so lucky to find this store and they were able to give us stuff within hours. They are very helpful and quick. Would reccomend and refer them.

The description on the website and on the carboard that is attached to each toy is not the same. On the website and the carboard attached to these toys it says they are made of premium quality cotton velour"

It's my first time going to this location. Went there to pick up my mattress on the same day after ordering it in the morning. Very convenient. Lots of parking space. Will definitely come back again.

I’ve bought 2 orders of items from this store and they’ve arrived at my house very promptly! Each items was nicely wrapped in tissue paper and looked handled with care. Will be ordering more items in the future.

I placed my order to the US and completed payment and checkout with PayPal. I then received an email from babyjoy.ca saying I owed $9.95 for shipping. I had selected US for shipping and it still said FREE SHIPPING when my order checked out. I've never had anything like this happen and the store offered a blank apology but did nothing to correct the issue. I had to go back onto PayPal and pay for the additional shipping...not to mention I added additional items to my order initially to get it to over $50 because it said you're $4.50 away from free shipping :/. Will not order from again.

You guys are CRAZY!! Everything is so expencive comparing to the other stores. Every single item on your website is for 20-30% more expencive than ToysRus or Walmart website.
