Nani and his team were great to work with. They took care of everything from beginning to end and my system was up and running in a little under 3 months. The panels are all black and looks great.

The New Dawn Team was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and answered my concerns and follow ups within a day. The office administrator, engineers, installers and electrician all worked together cohesively, it felt like a family unit.New Dawn was competitively priced, offered the all-black panels I wanted, and was knowledgeable on which was the best inverter for us. Another company offered to match the quote and products but they weren’t familiar with the panels and inverter and therefore had never installed these brands before.The project took 6 months from start to finish with weather delays and supply delays due to Covid. I was walked through all the steps from the beginning and they followed up with Toronto Hydro to the very end to make sure the job was complete.The job is messy, and while the installers tried to tidy up, there was still a lot of debris in the gutters and on the ground. New Dawn did their best to make sure I was satisfied with the end result and I would happily work with them again.I enjoy checking my solar app to see how many trees I’ve saved and how much CO2 has been offset with our 25 panels.

Professional, knowledgable and just great peopleNew Dawn Energy Solutions, Nani and all his colleagues installed rooftop solar array and a level II car charger. They looked after everything.... Turn key solar solution. They helped me navigate designing the system, getting permits and answered my MANY questions. It was a 9 month process due to covid, but they kept me updated and we'll informed at every stage. Everyone that works on the team is a pioneer in the solar industry in Canada.... Master electricians , engineers... All very educated professionals. The installation went smoothly and I enjoyed talking to them .... I am a bit of a tech geek and a social person ... I really loved talking to everyone and picking their brains. The final product fits my needs 100%..... They were realistic, on time and worked to lower my costs while maximizing energy production. They also helped me understand where to access subsidies . Cannot recommend this company enough

The New Dawn Energy Team did a fantastic job with our solar installation from start to finish. There is a significant amount of paperwork to complete and different organizations to satisfy in order to get approval for these projects, and New Dawn was instrumental in getting all of our work approved. They followed up on our behalf to minimize the amount of time we had to wait and kept us informed throughout. Once the permits were in hand, the installation was quick and professional. We've had the panels for about a month now and everything is working well. The New Dawn team stayed in touch with us and remains available to answer any questions as they come up. I highly recommend going with New Dawn on any solar installation.

We contacted New Dawn to have a 10kW solar panel system installed. They were quick to quote and quick to get the ball rolling. They proposed a number of power (inverter/battery) options, as well as several rooftop solar panel layouts. As a turnkey solution, it was, for us, almost totally hands-off. The system was commissioned in May, 2018, and has been reliably producing power since then. We would definitely call on New Dawn for our future needs, as well as recommend them to friends and family. We are very pleased, and had a great experience with the New Dawn team.

Great results, but be aware of the potential for poor communication. We now have a fantastic solar setup that we're very happy with and Nani was great with follow up information. We were installing solar on a completely gutted home and our builders, Men At Work, who have a great reputation and work well many third party vendors had a very frustrating time with communication and getting any timelines. The end result is clean with wiring hidden in the walls and great solar output. My advice to New Dawn would be to keep up the great install work but improve your coordination with third parties.

I'm happy overall with the installation. My two complaints are that there was a definite lack of communication as to the process of the project and the timeline. Maybe I'm expecting too much in wanting to know what all the steps are and when they should occur, but I only received this information after having to prompt New Dawn to provide this information. And while I understand that bad weather through the winter makes installation impossible, I seemed to be waiting a long time through the spring to have my project start despite signing my contract back in November (My installation didn't start until mid-June of the following year). It wasn't until I started inquiring about cancellation terms that things started moving again.
