I have given myself 10 days to get over my experience and not write a review but I am still very upset from my visit and feel compelled to write one!I went in on SAT DEC 10th for a blowout, upon walking in it was chaos. You could tell they were having a busy day. That wasn't even the issue.I had 4 different people ask me if I was helped, then I had a young lady wash my hair which was not done very well. James was running behind by 30 minutes, and said he will be with me in 5 minutes.20 more minutes later he started doing my hair. There was so much chaos where no-one had all the tools needed to do the job at their station, the towels didnt look or feel clean and not did the hair brushes. He couldn't even blow-dry my bangs which is pretty standard for a hairdresser, he had to get someone else to do it, and she didn't even do it right. I had to say just leave it

I had an appointment with Tricia Davidson one evening. The place was quiet and we were able to have great conversations. Tricia is not only a great stylist and I am in love with my haircut, but the conversation I had with her was sincere, kind and I felt like I had known her forever. Just a wonderful place to get a haircut! Bonus was the free 2 hour parking on Locke this time of the year. I’ll definitely be going back.

This is an appreciation post for James, who did my hair color and balayage highlights. I liked how they paid attention to what i wanted and looked confident with their work. I walked out with exactly how I expected my hair to look.

As an out of town visitor I needed my hair done. They fit me in and I was very impressed. The salon is elegant, clean with very friendly staff. You felt the positive energy. The professionalism and up to date styling made this a wonderful experience. The prices were excellent and overall quality high. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this great group of professionals.

Deanna did an amazing job on my hair! She did exactly what I asked for and it looks great, she absolutely nailed the colour I wanted - I rebooked with her right away. Salon also has a great atmosphere, everyone was very friendly and they even shared some delicious Italian pastries with me. And served espresso! 5/5!

Had the best experience with Nika! I’ve always been a little picky with my hair and how I like it cut but she gave great recommendations and I left with an even better cut than I could’ve imagined. She was a lovely person to chat with, will definitely be booking with her again.

Hair stylist was very friendly and did an amazing job. Very up to date with current trends. Lost a star for a weird vibe (had the same feeling both times I've been there). Couldn't put my finger on it, but it felt busy, chaotic, a bit disjointed and sometimes borderline unprofessional. A lot of small details don't make me feel like I am in an upscale salon.

I’m always happy when I get hair done here. Great cut, colour and style by Nika. They keep updated.

My experience at the Laser Spa Group at Maddison Salon Spa is one: a high-class European salon, equipped with the latest technologies for beauty and body care. A professional and very nice team of medical aestheticians, including Angela, who took care of me and my beauty. I highly recommend their services and cosmetics. Thank you to my daughter Natalia who sent me there. What a relax!
