My parents were given the run around when they tried to cancel their policy. They take advantage of seniors. I had to get involved, inorder for it to be cancelled. Don't trust this company!

Where do I start..... Phil and his son Michael are almost impossible to get ahold of first off. Secondly, he doesn’t know how to treat his customers well at all. I had terrible communication and he did not want to work with me, didn’t even care to call back. How do you do business if you don’t call the customer back. I have No clue how he’s been in business. Honest review from a first time car buyer. Not impressed at all. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND these kids for your insurance needs.

The service at Avesta was fantastic! I was in an accident 2 months after buying my first car. Michael was available right away to answer any questions I had. He set me up with a great insurance package, that ended up saving me thousands of dollars, as my first at fault claim did not go against my rate. 10/10 would recommend! Phil, Michael and Natalie are always professional and courteous.

The worst broker ever. Beware of dealing with this company. Phil was to cancel our policy and did not follow through with his job. The insurance company took money out of our account for over 18 months. When asked to assist with returning our money have been given the run around.There is a reason for such a low rating.

The worst broker out there.. stay away from this place .. they only care once you are their client and sign those papers after that your nothing to them.. good luck trying to get a hold of them.. i will call and make a complain for what Phil did to me ..
