Hoover was the only company of many we called at 5:00pm on a Friday who responded. We had a severed propane line. Mark got us a new line quickly and delivered it personally. Greg the installer fixed the line outside in the cold and dark while remaining cheerful and friendly. Wow! Thanks to all.

We switched to a ccASHP and high efficiency furnace. We decided to go with Hoover’s because of the education Mark provided us on our best options. The day of installation went very smoothly. Mark’s crew was very knowledgeable, professional, fast and very tidy. We did have one minor issue post install that was dealt with very quickly. We would not hesitate in using or recommending Hoover’s services in the future.

Just look at the picture.... this heater exhaust vent leaks more water than a colander, would not recommend, save your money and go somewhere else

The man they sent to our house to repair our gas fireplace didn't know what he was doing. He didn't have the notes from their previous visit, and when we followed with their office we got a lot of really bad attitude and excuses.I couldn't recommend them, and because of their poor service we had to wait a week without heat for a different company to come out and get our fireplace working again.

First time needing to call for a repair on our just about 10 year old furnace and of course it breaks down on one of the coldest day this year and thank god for Greg. (service technician) He saved our butts on a cold Saturday with his knowledge. He guided my husband over the phone how to trouble shoot the possible cause of our none working furnace. Super friendly over the phone! We will 100% be using Hoover’s again in the future for some general maintenance and upkeep on our home. Thanks again Greg, we are extremely grateful!
