The flavours were good but their food is SO overpriced. Their “full box” of chicken was barely 10 boneless pieces and it was $21. I would rather have bone-in chicken and have a full bucket. Also, the fries were $9 but the box was half empty. I will not be returning to BBQ chicken seeing as K-Town fried chicken was $13 per box…. Also, the cheese balls were included for free in my order but it was ok at best. I would not pay $11.50 for desert cheese balls.

It was my first time ever trying this new place and it was delicious! I had the Spicy Korean chicken on rice and my son had the Jamaican chicken on rice, both were super tasty, and you have to try the shrimp sticks! The drink menu was quite impresive as well, I will definately be back soon because this is definately my new favorite place :)

Despite being quite pricey, the food was actually great! We got the spicy chicken and I realized how much I’ve missed it. Also, the woman serving us was very nice and accommodating. Would love to come back to dine in.

I do like crispy chicken. It was ok for a dine in lunch. Decent flavor for the two styles we had. They need to take a look at the music they choose to play. Every other song was droppIng f bombs. Not appropriate for a dine in restaurant.Staff were oblivious to the music content and service seemed to be an effort. Ours was the only occupied table. Not sure if will try again, kinda couldn't wait to leave.

We've tried many Korean chicken places. This was our first time trying any bbq chicken location.The cheese fries were really good. But the chicken was unfortunately not our favorite. Typically soy garlic is our go-to flavor. But I'm sorry to say their soy garlic tasted a bit strange. We are not sure if it was the chicken itself, or the seasoning.

TLDR: Chicken is great but what is going on with the service! ? This was the most annoying fast food interaction I've ever had at any korean chicken joint, PLEASE take your money to another bbq chicken location.We showed up a little short of 9 to dine in and asked if they had any specials, to which our server answered, no. Then when we tried to order, the menus weren't really clear, so we couldn't tell what we could mix and match. We spent 10 minutes just trying to figure out what we were allowed to order because things were sold out or certain combinations of flavours were not doable. I feel like that's something you need to have written on the menu.Then when were seated afterwards, we noticed happy hour signs on every table! We asked why he didn't tell us and he responded with:- No

Edit: I changed my mind, value still isn’t great but I still very much enjoy the chicken and cheese balls, 2 stars is unfair and I think you’re worth 4. After all, I did order twice in a week.The chicken is pretty damn decent and tasty - we sampled the boneless black pepper, secret sauced and original tonight and they were all good - but let’s be honest; bbq is wildly overpriced and the sides consist mostly of what most folks would (or should) consider to be junk food. The $3.50 side coleslaw is toddler-sized and, frankly, not very good. I could make a family-sized portion at home in under 10 minutes from scratch for the same money.If it weren’t for the buy one, get one free Uber offer plus a 40% discount on top of that I would never have ordered from bbq tonight. I paid $36 + tip for what would have been an $88 order if it weren’t for promotions. Terrible value for the money and I’m genuinely baffled by the 4.4 star score. Not worthy of it, no sir.
