Words can't describe the level of professionalism and dedication at this company! I have met the owners and they are genuinely committed to customer service. It's rare to find that with a property management company. Good service is invisible so it must be appreciated. From accounting to management, this company does it right. They have helped negotiate contracts with vendors and get us out of bad ones without penalty. I wish I met them sooner to help manage our condo corporation.

I rarely leave reviews but, I work as a Realtor and Leasing agent and have dealt with almost every property management company in Calgary. Connelly and Company are one of the Best. They give quick response times, often the same day within hours. I recently dealt with Patrick and Tom on Condo Documents and had excellent service with very quick response time. I've dealt with C.&C. for years and this is nothing new of course, but If your looking for a management company, you should consider talking to them.

They take care of the management of my townhouse condo and are always fast responders getting things done promptly and attending my requests with professionalism. They also organize our virtual OGM's doing a great job with moderating and taking minutes. I've had experience with other companies in other places I've lived in Calgary and I highly recommend Connelly. Patrick is doing a great job!

As a Board we are so happy with Connelly compared to our last Management company .As president of our Condo Corporation I consider our Property Manager Patrick to be one of our most valuable assets. He responds in a timely manner to our requests, attends all our Board meeting and follows up on issues very competently and quickly.

Many owner's garage doors were damaged by the power washing that was done by C & C a few years back- C & C turned around and told owners that this was not their responsibility to fix and the cost to repair this damage would be at the owners expense. This did not sit well as the company that did the power washing should have insurance for any damage that was caused. The paint/finish on the bottom panels of the garages was basically blown off which eventually turned to rust from weather.To add insult to injury, C & C sent out a notice about what a great deal that they could get on garage door repairs for owners (as a result of the damage they caused). To be honest, this made the whole situation seem shady and ultimately eroded any trust I had in this company.Needless to say, still to this day half of the garages in the complex have rusty bottom panels on their garage doors due to C & Cs negligence.

Recently dealt with Connelly as Realtor representing the seller in a sale and had to obtain condo documents for the sale. Connelly has an easy to use portal with reasonable rates for accessing documents and ability to download instantly. We have worked with many other management companies in the past where the process has been extremely tedious, time consuming, and expensive for the seller so it was a pleasure to deal with your company.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bridgit, at Connelly and Company Management, and I must say, the service and support has really improved since her arrival. Bridgit is knowledgeable, responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure that issues get resolved. Her organization and communication skills are truly impressive. Thank you for all your hard work and for making our condo living experience even better!

Patrick from Connelly & Company Management was great to deal with on a recent Real Estate Transaction. He was quick to reply to our time sensitive conditions and had all condo documents sent over as soon as he had them. Thank you for being so on top of things. I had to deal with Connelly property management staff today as I own a townhouse in a complex managed by them , I needed some urgent Documents concerning my unit as I am in the process of selling my property , my experience was really positive , they provided me all the documents I needed in less than 1 hour even their policy is about 3 to 5 days.The lady over the phone was amazing , kind , helpful and professional.Thank you so much Michelle for your help I really appreciate it, again Connelly must be happy to have you in their team.
