Chere et mauvaise reparation

Terrible service. I brought in my 3 year old lawn mower that I had bought from them to have its self-propell fixed in September 2020. We were told it would be a couple of weeks. So with no phone calls for weeks, we called to say they had to order a part and would contact us when it was in. So fast forward to June 2022 after not one call from them and countless visits to their store and them losing the mower for a while, they admitted that they could not get the part as it was discontinued. They did change the carburetor not that we asked them to. Then charged over $100 for a useless machine. Every time I went there I had to wait for ages for service. They do have a lovely dog.
