I've been shopping here since this place opened and never had any issues. It's clearly under new management now and I've been ripped off on a few occasions where they don't apply the 5% VIP discount, and their prices don't match what you end up paying at the cash. BEWARE!I always have my card on me and it's pretty arrogant to assume I didn't. I only expected to pay what the product was being sold for and I let it slide a few times given how understanding I am. If the management hasn't change, it has clearly gone downhill.Thanks but no thanks.

All of the staff are super friendly and professional. They have amazing selection and prices. Tyler and Marlena are awesome and make great recommendations. The best in Hamilton.

Friendly staff, awesome product variety, and great prices. I use vape cartridges and started shopping at HCC when I realized I was overpaying for the same cartridges at other stores.. I've gotten a bunch of things (bud, accessories, etc) here and I've been happy with every purchase! Highly recommend.

Poor service from the person there today so disappointed. Was told to leave the store for what I did not know? If it is a government law it should be written somewhere boldly so we all know. it was my not my first time going into the store and other staffs have been nice but the lady i met today was not nice to me. Yelling at me in front of other clients should not be allowed. HCC is a good place but did not like the way i was spoken to.

Came with my parents to purchase some medicinal edibles for my dad who is battling cancer. I forgot now the name of our attendant who I believe is the owner or one of the owners. We could leave more satisfied. He was able to help us with all our needs, explain everything we needed and treated us like famliy. we are defintitly coming back there. thank you so much !
