The staff at Midas are very friendly and communicate well. They do repairs that are need but don't overdo. Future upcoming repairs are also discussed and then planned for. I use their business for all my car maintenance. Thank you for being a trusted business!

My husband took his truck in for a break inspection because the were squeaking and he thought his break pads might be low. Paid for a break inspection they said the breaks were at 2mm almost metal on metal.Well he changed the pads and rotors last night, no where near metal on metal, they were probably at 50%These guys either didn’t bother taking the wheels off to do the inspection or can’t measure. Either was very dishonest business. Highly would not recommend.

Had isssue with my car. They had time to look and did a great Job. GOOD commication and understanding of my particular situation. Can't thank them enough. :) very patient and caring as when I arrived a ambulance came for a lady in disress. One of the employees was with her until Ambluance came to take over.

Truck was towed here as they said they could work in diesels...well they were wrong. We came in with the idea of what was wrong and The truck sat there for five days. We never got one call to update on what's going on with it...aka no diagnosis. Stopped there three different times just for updates and ended up having to pay for another tow to somewhere else in town.Update** the issue (dealt with in one day) at another very busy shop was exactly what we originally told the midas guys. Pretty embarrassing if you ask me...the only reason we didn't already work on it ourselves was it was a time sensitive matter.Needless to say we won't be going back. Don't say you can fix something if you have no idea....just saying!

The staff... older lady grey hair to be specific in the parts department is incredibly rude! Wouldn't go there again. I've been in customer service for 33 years. Use more tact!!!!!
