5 star nails

Friendly and welcoming. Nails ok but I had 3 different people doing them as they had to be sorted due to the acrylic being to thick and not the design I asked for. Overall I left feeling my nails were just ok

Very friendly and efficent service ...nothing is a problem for them..

Took almost 2 hours to have my nails done. Was told 25 at the beginning and then was charged 35. Asked twice for my nails to be shorter and they are still too long. Showed a picture of what i wanted and it looks nothing like the picture. Nails and fingers are in agony. Wouldnt go back. Very disappointed

Got my nails done for going on holiday and got overcharged, some nails snapped off easily without me doing anything that could of made them break. The edges of my cuticles were all cut and they pretended like they never noticed. My nails are now very damaged and in poor conditions since getting them done and my nails were in agony getting them done and long after. Would not recommend, do not care about the clients just the money

I'd never recommend their services. I was told it'd only be a 15min wait to get my manicure and I was there for 2 hours!!! I patiently waited but when I finally got my nails done it was the worst service ever! I'll never go back there and wouldn't recommend anyone to do it either.

Absolutely amazing, love my nails worth the money, would recommend definitely going back again, they were all so nice and welcoming.

Been here a few times, first time was fine nails were what I asked for but the last 2 times I’ve been I’ve come away with nails I never asked for and they certainly weren’t worth the price. Their price list displayed in the shop is completely different to the price they charge you, every time I go in I get charged a different amount even though I always get the same thing. You never get the same person, which is fine however I believe some are more experienced than others. There is a younger woman that works in here that could benefit from further customer service training. She is very rough with you, pulling your hands instead of being gentle, she is rough with the file and I’ve come away with cuts all over my cuticles. I wanted French tips and asked that she put a second coat of white on as you could see marks and for the price I was paying I wanted them to be perfect. She huffed and said something under her breath in her own language even though we were the only ones in the shop so wasn’t like she was talking to someone else! Very rude and definitely won’t be back. There are better salons in Dunfermline that you can get your nails done and for a more reasonable price and better quality. Avoid

Guys were pleasant and polite. Very quick, pleased with my nails.
