My wife and I had been shopping for a Pellet stove and wanting to Buy Local this supplier was first on our list. After several emails with limited success and being vague on prices etc success we decided to drop in and see in person. We booked a site visit for the following week so we could get a written estimate. The week came and went no one showed up, no called and as a result we went with Vintage Stoves and Fireplaces outside of Truro!
