Not professional at all. You're a number and that's all. They can't even keep upper management which really says something about a business.

Terrible management and policies. If you have a medical condition, they will need a doctor's note, then at a later time give you a paper filled with personal questions for the doctor to fill out. Basically what amounts to a small essay for the doctor requesting information they do not need to know and probably can't legally ask for anyway. Entire departments of team leads go on vacation at the same time leaving no floor support. Procedures set up will dictate specific calls be sent to certain groups, however in most cases they will refuse the call claiming they don't deal with that issue. This is especially frustrating when that is legitimately the only issue the department handles. Edit: Also their new health coverage doesn't cover birth control either, which is kinda crazy.

There is such a lack of jobs in the greater Moncton area that unfortunately, for many, this is one of the only places where employment is accessible. Minacs offers terrible management, discriminatory policies against those suffering from mental health issues, and the vast majority of supervisors on the floor are difficult to deal with, lack the necessary leadership qualities that one would expect in that position, and do not make this a conducive atmosphere to productive work.

Great work environment

The HR and recruiting team is just awesome !! I went there to drop my resume as a walking interviewee. They accepted it cordially. They did everything to help me. That is very much professionalism and respect from them. I liked their attitude. The front desk is super helpful.

Worked here for a year in 2021 and now back to work for them again. Honestly they may be excellent at treating their employees but they are better than many other call centers right around. The teams are friendly as they can be and the support system never stops. You'll never take a call feeling like you're alone.

A pretty good environment to work. Bosses are far better than other places I have worked. Additionally, the place is kept pretty clean and the social club try their best to keep morale high.

Concentrix is a company that provides its employees great exposure for growth and their is potential for learning everyday. The team in my campaign is really good and allows us to express our views. Its a fun place to work and the concentrix provides in-house training and courses.

You're a number not a person. It's a fight to get your roe and t4 after you stop working. They also don't care about mental health and the pay is the lowest of any call center I've ever seen
