I cannot count the number of times over the years I have driven past the Rolphton Motel & Restaurant and always wondered what it is like. Today it happened that we needed to have lunch and this looked like the perfect place to stop, and we are so glad we did. Unique, comfortable, clean, welcoming, friendly, small town - pick whichever adjective you wish but I will go with perfect". An old school roadside restaurant that is welcoming to both regulars and those passing through. The service was excellent and the food exactly as we expected it to be. I know for certain this will now become our regular stop en route to a fairly regular trip...it is the sort of place that deserves recognition because there are few left like this restaurant in Rolphton. Food was good. The service was reasonably fast but I found the kitchen to be a little slow. First day understandably due to volume-quite busy . But the second day there was only two other tables and still took a while. But as I said food is good and was fresh off grill.

This place is amazing.the servace is second to nobody.if ur tired please go here it's well worth it.we came in late during a storm and were hungry they made sure we were fed and comfortable.CANT STRESS ENUF HOW AMAZING THIS PLACE ISwill be back.......

Rolphton Motel And Restaurant
Was motorcycle camping and decided to get a room and meal for a change. Had the hamburger steak and it was delicious and hearty. Almost more than I could eat. Staff was super nice and attentive. The room I stayed in was great however I'm 6 ft tall and the shower nozzle was about 5ft6. Other than that it was great with minimal traffic noise. Very clean and neat. No complaints. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anybody.

Dropped in to use the washroom. Ended having a late breakfast. Was very good. Oldstyle home fries. Clean ,tasty and a homely atmosphere. Please keep it up. Yes the cooks a rockstar...Doug D.

Great place to ride from. However how can a place in 2 weeks drop its restaurant service. First stay it was great. Today we sat and watched 2 major tables of regulars come in after us and get served paid and leave before we got our last plate. Bacon was pretty much all raw and when a plate was sent back less then 1 min got cooked bacon.

My husband and I are both retired veterans. When our township was not having a ceremony, we decided to go out for a late breakfast. The staff acknowledged our service and wait staff and kitchen staff came out and recognized 2 minutes of silence. We were truly honoured. The food is incredible and the new owners are making some much needed changes! Highly recommend!P.S. Kevin, in the kitchen. Is a rock star!!

Stop here when on the 17. One of the tastiest breakfasts I've had in years, Good quality, made in house. Very charming old school style restaurant. Very friendly staff and good prices. Amazing pancakes!!
